Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. Ordered some prints in store
Ordered some prints in store, paid in full including delivery and then received an email to say they aren’t available and I have to contact customer services. Terrible service

As soon as I walked into the OKA store in Knutsford I was very happy to have made the journey. I am a ‘fan’ of the OKA look and this store did not disappoint. The store was beautifully decorated and…
The store was beautifully decorated and gave us a warm welcome. Laura our demonstrator was lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave us lots of ideas and asked all our questions with warmth and creativity. I was inspired to buy some faux flowers and stems and look forward to trying to create a little bit of Laura’s magic at home. What a lovely surprise to be handed a gorgeous gift which will certainly go on my Christmas Tree! Thank you once again for the opportunity to come to your fabulous store.

I was able to check with the store to…checking an item was in-store
I was able to check with the store to see if the product was in. Staff answered to phone quickly and came back to me within 5 minutes. They reserved the item and I was able to pick up the next day. I was helped to the car with the large item. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
