In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. Plenty of help at the Knutsford shop. Arranged delivery (expensive but coming a fair way). Delivery failed as courier knocked on door and left. Didn’t ring doorbell or come to back of house. Someone in, waiting for delivery but didn’t hear knock. Rearranged delivery (had to ring shop) which was very smooth. Elm coffee table looks wonderful in our home.

Really excellent help and service from Ellie & manager…went above & beyond!
Really excellent help and service from Ellie. I was trying to get hold of a couple of lamp bases & shades which were in short supply - shades sold out online in the size I needed and lamp bases only available online. Ellie & Oka Knutsford organised to send their 2 lampshades to me and sent a link for the online purchase of the lamp bases, incorporating the offer Oka had on at the time, inspite of the complications ordering from both online & instore to meet the offer criteria! Both bases and shades arrived promptly a few days later and very happy customer as a result! Thank you again Ellie!

I recently purchased two lamp bases and couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service. Laura was incredibly helpful—she offered thoughtful advice, really understood what I was looking for, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such attentive and knowledgeable customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Oka to anyone looking for beautiful pieces and excellent support.

Standard Lamp
I recently purchased a standard lamp plus shade from OKA in Knutsford, East Cheshire. Their assistant Louise was incredibly helpful and kind. Being disabled she brought my purchases to my car. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Exceptional Service
A delightful young lady Ellie served me today. She was very helpful finding all the products I wanted. She took care unwrapping and checking every item for me and I didn’t feel under pressure to rush. She specifically checked an item that was reduced so I received the discount and final helped me to carry all my bags to the car. What super customer service often hard to find these days.
