In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. Assistant not very interested in giving a good service. Asked me if I knew what I had come for???. Never asked if I would like it gift wrapped , not interested! I have been into the store before and purchased items where the service has been excellent and interactive, definitely not on this occasion!!! Obviously needs some guidance moving forward!!!

Whilst this was intended to help locate your purchase quickly, we are sorry if the interaction came across differently, as it was certainly not our team's intention to appear uninterested or unhelpful.
We also note your comments regarding gift wrapping. For Click & Collect orders, gift wrapping is available upon request rather than being automatically offered as part of the collection process. Wonderful staff at Oka.
I visited the Oka Store in Knutsford on a busy Saturday afternoon and met Amanda one of the store assistants.
Amanda made shopping so much easier for me helping me with decisions, showing me alternatives, nothing was too much trouble.
Shopping was a pleasure and not at all stressful because of the way I was treated and the marvellous help that Amanda gave me.

What a service!
I couldn't decide whether the colour of a cushion was right for me, so I contacted Oka online and Davina from your Knutsford store went the extra mile by taking pics of the cushion in store and sharing them with me. She also provided helpful advice for me re other cushions. What a service! Thank you so much Davina!

Plenty of help at the Knutsford shop
Plenty of help at the Knutsford shop. Arranged delivery (expensive but coming a fair way). Delivery failed as courier knocked on door and left. Didn’t ring doorbell or come to back of house. Someone in, waiting for delivery but didn’t hear knock. Rearranged delivery (had to ring shop) which was very smooth. Elm coffee table looks wonderful in our home.
