Love coming into your store always. Shame the yellow pot candle not in stock but happy with the teal one instead….. was most grateful for beautiful Guildford shop gift wrap as it was a friend’s gift and we both love OKA!

Bought some cushions promised by the end of July. Now not due until mid September.

What a fabulous store. Today was my first visit to the Guildford store but it won't be my last. Really lovely and good quality furniture, soft furnishings and faux flowers and plants. Bought a couple of great quality cushion covers and feather and down pads and received excellent service.

Many thanks for great patience and time to the team in Guildford - Danielle (hope I spelled the name somewhat correctly), who assisted in pre-purchase testing of a table lamp base and even offered a new lamp from their warehouse to compare and choose the best colour of the leather, and to another lady a few days after who played along trying to pick a perfect match of a shade to the lamp. Wonderful service and a nice product for interior design!

I visited the Guildford branch today 20th July 25, and the sales assistant was very attentive and willing to help. She went above and beyond by offering to wrap the item I bought which was a gift for my sister. Very kind !

What a wonderful shopping experience I had recently shopping at the Guildford store.
The sales associate named Dianna that assisted me was first class. I purchased lots of pillows, lamps and artificial flowers and her eye for detail was outstanding.
It made my day with Dianna helping me.

I had made a click and collect order, in person at the Guildford store, I am still awaiting my order which should have been sent to the Guildford shop within a week however it has been over 3 weeks i am having to chase this on a weekly basis.
Since the outsourcing of deliveries and the new warehouse the service has deteriorated some what.

I like the style and quality of the OKA furniture. Since we moved to ourt new house last year we have replaced a lot of our furniture with items from OKA.
They display it so well and the staff are always very helpful.

Everyone was very helpful especially Maria in the London shop and Natalie in the Guildford shop. I think everyone for all their care in me getting the perfect outdoor furniture. I will definitely come back to oka

Alice at the Guildford store and Luana at Bicester went out of their way for me - Oka is and always has been exceptional service.

I ordered a table online and it was delivered in March and it had a dent in it. I spoke to customer services and they said they’d collect and issue a refund. I still haven’t had the refund, or been contacted to collect the table and my last 4 emails have gone unanswered. I’ve phoned and been told they will be in touch and nothing. I’ve spent a lot of money with them in the past and wasn’t expecting this at all.

The staff in Guildford store were fantastic once again. Very helpful both in the phone and in the store. A very pleasant shopping experience.
