A very helpful young man regarding my carpet purchase. Then purchased some cushions and coffee mugs - every person I dealt with was pleasant and helpful - this was over a 3 day period. No problem with returning one cushion due to the colour which worked but was not as nice as the colour I eventually went with.

Good experience. Helpful staff. Well prepared displays.
Later, however, on opening the pair of puma book ends, I found a design fault - books rest against the rather delicate ears of the cats - a built in accident problem. I shall return them to the shop.
The onyx bowl is fine.

Fabulous shop, wonderful service.
I had a fab shopping experience at Oka. I was only buying cushion inserts and a lampshade this visit but I still received the same fabulous service. One of my favourite interior shops.
