Amazing company and people, they offered a completely new belt and service free of charge after a previous belt they sent didn't match. And kept great communication throughout the whole process.

I have just received my Barbour Jacket back after your rewax service. I had high expectations because of your other reviews and you have exceeded these by miles. It looks brand new. I could not believe how heavy it was either. Thank you Ashley you've done a great job!
