Arushi, The Client Manager who assisted today resolved the issued that I had. This was my second call as the first contact I made few days ago did not address the issued I was experiencing, and had to call again. Arushi today understood my case, and assisted me over the phone.

Overall, I was very happy with the service from OFX. I was offered a competitive rate and Assyl was extremely informative and responsive.

Having previously utilized a different service for my transactions, I encountered OFX through a client's request this time. Initially, I felt some apprehension, but the client manager ensured a comfortable and efficient process. It was truly a pleasant experience, and the service and support were exceptionally professional. I will certainly recommend OFX to my group of investors for their future needs.

I cannot praise Arushi Kukreti more highly. Exceptional service. She has been professional, informative, patient and her communication brilliant. I have been very anxious with regards my transfer of funds and she has been alongside me every step of the way. I never had a single issue with getting hold of her and when I sent a message to please call me she called me within 5 minutes each time. She has followed up on my funds daily as I had quite a few transactions and made sure even after the transaction that I was ok. I dealt with TORfx and was not happy with the non-transparency of the exchange rate and XE I dealt with and the customer service was shocking along with the margin they offered me. I was considering using Wise but the concern I had was not having an account manager on board and had read lots of reviews of funds been held for days if not weeks. I am so pleased I went with OFX. It can be a very anxious process moving funds and I am thankful that I was blessed to have Arushi take my call the day I called to see what OFX could offer me and how their process worked. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and professional account manager this is the person to go with. Firstly my wait time on the phone was quick then the lady helping me was professional and very helpful. She was happy to stay on the phone with me while I completed my transaction once we had updated my account. She clearly explained when I would receive confirmation emails during the transfer and this happened exactly how she said it would. The rate from Australian to the U S dollar was also great. Very efficient all round!!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend OFX.
