I knew Dave from his previous company and he's been great to deal with and OFX has been good to deal with. Payments are quick to arrive and the rates are better than I've found elsewhere.

Quick and easy. Customer care Arushi was very helpful.

I called Lenin today in Sydney and he was immensely helpful, unlike the previous operator. Solved all my problems and inquiries swiftly and professionally. Lenin and Stephen, should train some of the other staff in there. OFX They have the best rate for international transfer for large amounts.

I have been using OFX for a couple of years now and I can always count on their support. I am a relatively new e-commerce seller and an amateur when it comes to navigating overseas payments. Rates are very good, they have an easy to use app, but the service team (no matter who you talk to), and particularly Kyle, provide amazing support and guidance even with the stupidest questions or most urgent requests.

Great experience with customer service with Arushi all along the way. I've used other app based currency services for smaller transfers but I didn't want to risk not being able to access a real person in the event of issues. No issues came up and the whole transfer was done in about 4 days, most of which was getting my bank to send the initial wire to the OFX bank. Highly recommend this service!

Fast and efficient service.

I had a very smooth & fast integration with OFX in terms of account opening, fund transfers, corporate cards, etc., with excellent customer experience. In particular, Micheal Sorial (Team Lead - Corporate Clients) at OFX, assisted me many times with all my questions and helped set up our accounts in an efficient manner. Probably the best "public" exchange rates you can get (based on EURO/AUD). In fact miles better than the major Australian banks (dont even waste your time looking) and slightly better than both XE and HSBC as well.
You can either lock in the market Spot rate at the time or nominate a trigger rate.
Once the FOREX deal is done you simply transfer the source funds to the relevent OFX bank account (OFX will provide all the details). eg For EURO, OFX uses a major bank in Europe.
Once OFX receive the funds into thier bank account they will confirm this with you, promptly do the foreign exchange and then immediately send the requested currency/funds to your nominated recipient's bank account (which you nominate before hand).
OFX keep you up to date with whats required and the progress of the transaction all the way along by sending both SMS and emails. You can also check the progress by logging into your OFX account either online or via thier OFX app.
The entire process takes 2-3 days as there can be delays of up to 24 hours for banks to send or receive the funds.
Seriously, FOREX couldn't be better!

I want to thank Jing and the OFX company for being so professional and helpful with the issue I had in regard to a delay in my transfer.

In a recent transaction, I loaded my OFX account first before requesting the funds to be transferred. But this was quickly resolved by the team once I explained to them that the funds were already in my account.

What a fantastic company. From account activation, the process was very simple and painless. An account manager contacted me quickly to offer assistance with this process even though it was all self explanatory. Review and activation was quick. Then I had an account manager contact me to guide me through my first deposit which was instant, my conversion to USD and first transaction. Their bank compliance team flagged my transaction and requested more information from me. What I thought was going to be an easily 1 week of torture, was swiftly handled and settled within 24hrs of having uploaded the required information. Cindy took my call, guided me through the process and the next day I awoke to an email telling me that the transaction had been approved and already in my suppliers account. What a relief. Dealing with these guys is a breeze! I highly recommend them!
