Hugely grateful to Official London Theatre for such a speedy response to resolve my missing ticket situation. We were due to travel to London to watch Wicked but couldn't find any confirmation of the tickets. However, the team were really quick to assist and we were able to continue with our booking. I booked tickets to the theatre for me and my daughter in August, when we headed to the train station on the morning of the performance British rail had cancelled all our trains.

I contacted the team at official London theatre by their only form, I was happy to exchange the tickets and within an hour somebody from the team, Amy, had responded and refunded me the price I paid for them so I could re book at the earliest convenience (which I did straight away)

What started as a really rubbish morning become easier because of the efficient and helpful response of the team

I had booked theatre tickets for Wicked in Kids Week for my son and daughter - it was going to be my son's first musical outing so very exciting, however he couldn't then come on the date booked due to being taken on holiday by his dad. Luckily Amy at Official London Theatre made it so easy to change - all done within 24 hours, for no fee, so really pleased - and so is my son! Thank you so much!

I responded to quite quickly after figuring out where to send an email however they advised i can be refunded via the Operations team yet no one has acted on this??? I emailed last week given my tickets are for a show this coming Friday.

My ten year old daughter is a theatre buff and the official London Theatre helps us get to the West End without breaking the bank.
The family theatre week is an amazing way to see theatre from the stalls at a really reasonable price.
Their customer service is really great too - even on weekends.
I had accidentally booked tickets to the matinee and not the evening performance of my Neighbour Tortoro (it was late in my defence) but even though it was a weekend, Amy had sorted out a refund and the right tickets within a couple of hours.
I was mightily impressed, and grateful.

After enquiring about exchanging my tickets for a different date due to unforeseen circumstances the team couldn’t be more helpful. They were quick to respond and deal with my enquiry. I was offered a date exchange which resolved my issue all within a matter of hours. We’ve used kids week every year for past 5 years and always had a positive experience!

I use the site often for theatre bookings, mostly for the brilliant online TKTS booth on the day discounts, and the fact that you don’t need to sign in to create an account, so it’s great as a go-to place to recommend to other non-regular theatre goers. The standard prices are also never inflated with hidden service charges.

Just had a great experience in trying to exchange a booking for an alternate date. Got an almost immediate response from Amy in Customer Services on a Sunday morning, who managed to change a future booking to my preferred new date with almost the same seats. New tickets were emailed over instantly.

We had to change our dates for a show as it clashed with something. We cannot praise the customer service enough. They emailed back straight away with clear instructions which we followed. It was all sorted and new dates booked within 2 days. Absolutely amazing.

We needed to change our tickets booked for kidsweek due to an unexpected change in our holiday dates. Amy handled everything quickly, clearly and efficiently meaning that we didn't have to miss seeing our booked show. Great customer service!

Every year I book Kids week and I always have a great experience with my family. For the first I needed support with changing the date for one show which I had booked by mistake. They were very fast in responding to me and finding a solution to my problem. Amy responded to all my requests promptly and helped me sort things out. I'm very grateful for her support and their flexibility and understanding.
