I ordered a overhead projector on a Wednesday afternoon and received a phone call Thursday morning telling me that the projector was no longer manufactured. The customer service rep. (Mike) had a newer model and all the information about the newer model. He made it easy for me to decide how to proceed with my order. I ordered the newer model !
