The guy i dealt with Richard is a whiz with projectors. I called in with a list of questions about some projectors. He answered all my questions one at a time with patience. He even was able to mention pros and cons of the models we were considering. No pressure at all let is make a final decision.

Needed to replace two projectors. They took what we had and some measurements and made a recommendation for replacement. Will be here tomorrow. Hope the product matches the service.

I was looking for a certain projector but couldn't find it anywhere. Upon finding Office Wonderland online I gave them a call. Mike in sales was also unable to find the model I was after but recommended an equivalent Hitachi model. They were able to provide me with two projectors and free shipping. Got the projectors and checked them out. They actually have more options than the one I was originally looking for!

The projector we needed was ordered on the website and shipped out hassle free. We were recommended officewonderland after calling Casio for information on a couple of projectors. Sent in an email to officewonderland support dept and had a teply with all the information we needed within an hour. So far everything arrived and works to our satisfaction.

Not two minuets after finishing the on line order my phone rang. I was there sales department letting me know that the shipping department was unable to fill my order. I thought "o Great iI have a presentation in tow days and i'm not going to have the right equipment!" I was surprised to fine out that they wanted to help me and upgraded mu order at no extra cost to me. I was amazed that they admitted their error and willingness to make it Right. I will be shopping there in the future.

Ordered my projector late in the day over the phone. Unit was needed in an emergency as our office projector died the day before our big presentation. Richard personally shipped out the projector right after we hung up the phone. Projector arrived the next morning. Kudos to this company.
