Still havent my order and its been 2 weeks

Commande effectuée sur le site il y a 8 jours, depuis aucune information sur l’avancement de ma commande ne m’a été transmise. Bien évidemment je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu.

Nach mehr als 2 Monaten weder eine Rückmeldung noch die Lieferung der bestellten und bezahlten Ware. Dank Paypal habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Schade, wirklich tolle Shirts, aber alle Anfragen zu ignorieren und keine Ware zu liefern, geht gar nicht.

It’s been more than two months since I placed my order, and I still have nothing. No delivery, no update, and no real communication. This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve been patient long enough, but this brand clearly doesn’t respect its customers. I strongly advise anyone thinking about ordering here to be very careful — my experience has been awful from start to finish.

I waited 3 month to receive a TEE shirt… A simply catatrophic customer experience… My advise: Flee

Super produit, super suivi

I orderd some clothes on june 5th and i still dont have it! I emailed them a couple of times, and the awnser was that the clothes are from quality and needs some time! This week i got a e-mail that it is deliverd! I want to know where! Not at my houseee!

Cela fait presque deux mois que j'ai commandé, et toujours rien. J'ai demandé un remboursement, et depuis, plus de nouvelles... A fuir !

Simply do not order here and spend ur money elsewhere. It has been over a month and i havent even received any update. Im contacting them and they reply that theyre sorry i have to wait. Multiple days ago i sent them an email that i want to cancel my order but i havent gotten anything back. Its so disrespectful and regretful because i ordered multiple pieces in the past and it always took some time but not like this… they have lost all trust

Do not buy from this guy. 100% scam. Makes you wait 3 months for updates regarding the order. When I tried to cancel and paypal close the issue in his favor he finnaly replies on an email just laughing. He knows what he is doing. aboslute digrace, ripping his own people off.

I placed an order for multiple items. The cap arrived quickly, but nearly a month later the rest of my order is still missing. Multiple follow-up emails have been ignored. When I needed sizing advice before purchasing, they replied within days but once they had my money, the communication stopped. Looking at the generic copy-paste replies they give to other negative reviews, it’s clear they’re not taking customer issues seriously.

My order is late. The customer support did nothing to acknowledge and own their mistake, and suggested me to figure it out with the delivery provider THEY hired.

Unseriös, Schlechte Qualität, kein Kundenservice, keine Verantwortung – nie wieder, Finger WEG!
Ich habe im Februar ein Shirt von OFFDADA bestellt, das nach wenigen Wäschen bereits stark verblichen aussah – obwohl ich es genau nach Pflegehinweisen gewaschen habe.

Statt das Problem ernst zu nehmen, wurde mir in der ersten Antwort unterstellt, ich hätte das Produkt falsch gepflegt. Nach weiteren E-Mails hieß es dann plötzlich, der „verblasste Druck“ sei einfach eine Materialeigenschaft – also kein Fehler, sondern normal. Sorry, aber wenn sich ein Shirt für 45 € nach wenigen Wäschen auflöst, ist das für mich ein klarer Mangel.

Als „Lösung“ wurde mir ein 10 %-Gutschein bzw Rückerstattung angeboten, was nicht mal die Versandkosten deckt!!!. Keine Rücknahme, kein Umtausch, keine echte Kulanz. Ich habe dann auf mein gesetzliches Gewährleistungsrecht hingewiesen – und plötzlich kam gar keine Antwort mehr. Auch die im Impressum genannten Ansprechpartner reagieren nicht.

Einfach enttäuschend: Schlechte Qualität, Ausreden, keine Verantwortung. Für mich war das der erste und letzte Kauf bei OFFDADA. Wer hochwertige Produkte und echten Kundenservice erwartet, ist hier an der völlig falschen Adresse.

‼️ Zum Zeitpunkt meiner ersten Bewertung am 18. Mai - hatte das Unternehmen noch eine durchschnittliche Bewertung von NUR 1,2 Sternen. Auffällig ist, dass nach meiner Kritik und das konfrontieren der ähnlichen Bewertungen mit dem Verkäufer über dem Käuferschutz von Paypal, das sich nun innerhalb kürzester Zeit zahlreiche 4 & 5-Sterne-Bewertungen veröffentlicht wurden – oft ohne Substanz oder klare Details. Das wirkt für mich nicht authentisch.

I went with my normal size and it’s definitely oversized, but it works. Gives that relaxed, clean look. The stitching and fabric feel way above average.
