I ordered over a year ago. I mailed about 7 times. Sometimes I did get an answer, always saying that the order was coming. I did not believe it anymore. One time they gave me a 20% discount for a new order. I didn’t use that, because I didn’t trust the company anymore. Last time I mailed, they answered that they were sorry and that the order would come. I received it last week..fortunately my son didn’t grow that much in more than a year and the size was still okay.

ordered in May still haven't received anything, they take your money and do nothing. Complete waste of money i am so annoyed. I have emailed so many times and never got a response. I'm stunned there are reviews from people that actually received something from this company!

Shocking company. Only sent one item that too 2 months late after complaining. The other item was supposedly out of stock since 6 months. No refund no nothing.

I wish you gave more accurate delivery times. The item arrived nearly 4 months after I ordered. I emailed to chase up about my order and only get a response 7 weeks after.

It’s a shame because the top I ordered is really nice and perfect fit and I have so much more in my basket that I want to order and would have ordered by now but because of delivery times and poor communication I can’t.

This place is a scam! Never received my item. No responses from company! Shocks me how people can sleep at night stealing peoples money. So sad bc I wanted to support them as a small business but they should go to jail.

My order could not be delivered by DHL because they couldn't find the address for some reason. So they ship it back. I have contacted OFFDADA about this 3 times via their support mail for the past 2 weeks and have not received a single response. Horrible customer service and damn scammers.

Never received my order and they stopped replying to my emails. I had to go through my bank to receive a refund

Bought a cap. It arrived on time and looks great.

Wat een scam. Ik wacht al maanden op een hoodie en een shirt. Van dezelfde bestelling ontvang ik wel de cap.

Er is op geen manier contact te krijgen. Je krijgt geen reactie op mails of vragen aan klantenservice. Echt een oplichtersbende.

Ondertussen maken ze wel gewoon reclame via Insta en andere media.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my item. There was an extra charge on my account and got told different things each time I contacted them.
Not sure if I'll ever receive my item or get a refund but here's hoping.

The design is good the material's quality is "meh" not worth 25Euros so 40 IS just absurd :)

Took 4months to get my shirt. Not replying to any of my request. Shirt still fire.

Do not, do not, do not order ANYTHING from these people. All they want is your money. They do not honor their return policy and will not allow you to speak to anyone regard your order. Buyer beware. Easier to throw your money in the trash.

Don't order from this website. After paying you will never receive any items and they will never answer you email asking about your order.

SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had to wait over a month for my order! I messaged on instagram for an update, no reply! I emailed for an update, no reply! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered on 06/03/26 it’s currently 17/4/26 and still haven’t received my item. Contacted customer service and haven’t heard back

Just don’t buy from them. No customer service, no communication, it’s a guess wether your product arrives or not.

Een shirt besteld op 19 maart. Nog steeds niets ontvangen. Als ik daarover meerdere keren contact opneem krijg ik nul reactie. Tot afgelopen week een kortingscode omdat ze het niet goed hebben gedaan. Maar nog steeds geen informatie over mijn bestelling. Het shirt lijkt nu eindelijk onderweg te zijn maar eerst zien en dan geloven.
