We contacted ODC glass to get a quote for replacement windows and doors to a second and third floor flat in a Victorian building in London. Photos and details that were requested were sent and a quote was received. We asked at this point whether a site visit was needed prior to the site survey as we needed to pay a substantial deposit and whether the quote would increase post survey. We were reassured by the sales person that a visit was not required, that the quote would not increase and that we might have to provide are own scaffolding. The survey took place on the 9th June and after chasing three times we received feedback on the 19th June when the sales person told us that the scaffolding tower that was included in the quote was not suitable and we would have to organise for scaffolding ourselves or we could get a refund and that on this occasion they would waive the cancellation charge. We were floored and even more so when started exploring scaffolding that they told us that they really were not a suitable window and door company for this type of installation, specialising in new builds and commercial and as they could not guarantee the quality of the finish we needed to go elsewhere. At no point did we refuse to arrange our own scaffolding as has been suggested. They have a showroom in London and the Victorian property in question is the same as thousands of other buildings in London. If they did not think they were suitable suppliers why did they not say something at the start or at least highlight they may not be able to do it. They have completely wasted our time and we are now back at square one. All the ill feeling could have been avoided if they had been open and transparent from the start.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great launch at the new showroom which succinctly gives an overview of all ODC's capabilities. Invaluable to understand your thorough approach to process and quality control thought the construction. Great to know we can reach out and discuss designs from early on and work with your collaborative approach to achieve innovation where needed.

Our team were given a thorough tour of the ODC workshop, training centre, showroom and warehouse. We were given a step-by-step guide to each phase of the manufacturing process. This included; CNCing, drilling, bonding, sealing, assembling, and lifting of large format glazing. Every member of the production line was enthusiastic about their role within the team and all the staff were passionate about the product. Matt was incredibly thorough in delivering the tour, he has an excellent knowledge of the production process and was able to explain each stage concisely. Matt also gave us a tour of the sundries warehouse and explained the benefit of using ODC throughout the project. We were later given a tour of the training centre by Ian. Ian is equally as passionate about his job and delivered an excellent lesson about the design of bespoke glazing. His enthusiasm was infectious. Following Ian’s session we met with Ed for a presentation about the design team. Ed showcased a number of projects that demonstrated bespoke glazing details. As an architect it was particularly interesting to learn about how the design team have resolved complex designs with careful detailing. Once we finished the tour/ presentation we navigated our way through the new showroom. ODC and Ecologic should be incredibly proud of the final form. The pavilion showcases a broad range of feature glazing. Our team were particularly impressed with the structural glass entrance and the wrap around roof light serving the kitchen. We would feel very comfortable directing clients to the ODC showroom, knowing that they would be met with an approachable and knowledgeable team. We look forward to working with ODC in the future- every member of the team has been incredibly helpful.
A special thank you Matt for delivering such a thorough tour- we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you. Another thank you to the wider team for making the launch such a success!

The new ODC Glazing showroom is nothing short of superb—stylish, welcoming, and flawlessly designed. A huge shoutout to Ed and Ollie for their expertise and attention to detail, and to Ian and Kevin for their outstanding support and professionalism. Together, they’ve created an experience that’s as impressive as the space itself.

Great staff and service. Really great windows and door systems. The Poole showroom is really worth a visit.

Great open day at Odc. Very interesting factory tour. Wonderful showroom that demonstrates all the different window and door systems available. Very friendly knowledgable staff.

ODC designed and installed a Solarlux Wintergarden for us. We’re very happy with the finished product which has completely transformed our kitchen space. Stephen was very helpful and remained the key contact throughout the design and then installation phase. It’s not a 5 star review because there were delays during the installation - some additional parts unexpectedly needed to be ordered from Germany. There were some communication difficulties with the installers which were frustrating, but as soon as we escalated this ODC moved quickly to resolve it. Overall we’re very happy with the choice we made to go for a Solarlux product, designed and installed by ODC.

This is the first project I have used ODC on and can say it wont be the last. Very professional from design to installation.
1st class product and company.

The company went above and beyond to support me through the design process and they were super responsive when I had queries. The quality of the product is great, would highly recommend

We've used ODC on two large residential builds so far. The whole team are great, from Eddy in the sales team to the surveyors and fitters. They've always been professional, great to deal with and do that they say they're going to do. We absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them.

We have used ODC for four separate, large & bespoke projects and as we build for clients, our review is only been possible as each were very happy with the end result.

ODC are very particular when it comes to the order process and realistically so, as no one wants a mistake down the road and undesirable delays.

We have found the sales, survey and installation teams all to be first class. On a few minor snagging issues ODC accepted responsibility immediately and subsequently resolved them.

Great windows and doors. Friendly and efficient installation. Very happy overall.

ODC are our go-to glazing and garden doors company (we're architects). ODC's technical people are easy to work with, speedy and friendly. You’ll see ODC’s large glazed doors in many of our projects – and our clients are all happy with them.

We highly recommend ODC, we have used them now on a number of our projects. The service received on every job has been impeccable with each one delivered with care and attention to detail. We have also been round the amazing Poole showroom which was very insightful. Excellent quality and service.
Bespoke Living Construction Ltd

Very professional throughout. Good to deal with. Final product seems really good. Very careful with measurements/specs. Would thoroughly recommend.

ODC gave me clarity on what products were required for a seaveiw property. Then the overall services was exceptional. The product they supplied was to the highest standards, the installation was faultless. They took ownership once the contract was agreed & delivered what was promised. They made the complete process simple for us. ODC are a pleasure to work with.

Great experience with ODC. Smooth process and happy with the end result

Clearly at company that is best in class.
We were building a very high spec house and the windows and doors have enhanced the look dramatically.
Nothing has been too much trouble; the customer service has been impeccable.
Would highly recommend.

ODC did a perfect job all through our new build. From working with us during the design phase, making sure all the measurements were correct to installing the windows and doors perfectly. We didn’t have many issues but the ones we had they resolved quickly and without any questions asked.
