3 months after installation ODCglass.co.uk has failed to supply missing items, replace wrongly measured items with correct ones and replace a malfunctioning door lock/door mechanism.

Would not recommend as a supplier/fitter of aluminium windows and doors.

Eddy was extremely helpful and gave impeccable service. The product is of a high quality and the fitting team are conscientious and professional.

We can’t speak highly enough of ODC and in particular Tom who was our point of contact. We had a massive project with huge floor to ceiling windows and lots of challenges along the way (non associated with ODC). They have been so flexible, helpful and professional throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend ODC to anyone, and we are delighted with the finished results. Thankyou!

We are extremely pleased with the recent installation of our new window and patio door set.

The quality of both the products and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care.

The installation team were outstanding. They demonstrated exceptional skill, attention to detail, and efficiency throughout the project. Each member of the crew was courteous, respectful of our home and committed to ensuring that the work was completed to the highest standard. The team maintained a clean and organized work environment and took the time to ensure every element was properly finished.

The results speak for themselves. Our new window and patio door greatly enhance the appearance of our home, and it is clear that both the product and the installation are of the highest quality.

We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering window or door replacement. Their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service are truly excellent.

PS: My wife is usually very critical of workmen and dislikes having projects done at home. After this installation, she was so impressed that she’s now pressing me to replace all the remaining windows—a true testament to the quality of the work and the team.

From our very first enquiry to the final installation, ODC were truly exceptional. They guided us patiently through every stage of the design process, offering expert advice on products and finishes, and ensuring we always felt informed and supported. Once the contract was agreed, their communication throughout manufacturing and installation was outstanding — clear, timely, and reassuring.
Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful; nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when we changed our minds multiple times about designs and products, ODC handled everything with kindness and understanding.
We couldn’t be happier with the final result. The doors and windows look absolutely beautiful, and we feel confident knowing we made the right choice with such an important investment. We recommend ODC wholeheartedly.

The service provided by ODC was first class throughout the process, from the initial meeting with the Sales Consultant through the surveying stages to installation and completion. Every member of the team, on site and in the office, was a pleasure to deal with - professional and helpful at all times. We are delighted with the doors, windows and balcony balustrade, and have already recommended ODC to friends and neighbours.

We are really happy with our doors and windows. Excellent service and lovely products!

We are really pleased with the ODC doors and windows for our new kitchen. Very professional through all aspects of design and installation. They are high quality products and it’s great to be able to see and try at the showroom before ordering.

ODC replaced a damaged glazed unit on one of my bi-fold doors. Their operatives were punctual, polite, courteous, clean and tidy. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home. 10 out 10.

Oliver was extremely helpful and well informed I would highly recommend ODC and their design service their products are very good and high spec

With anything that entails parting with what is a relatively large sum of money, I had my trepidations! I need not have worried, the ODC service from start to finish was professional, reassuring and all my questions were answered clearly.

The ODC patio (3) doors looks the biz! Build quality and finish are excellent. All highlighted by the increased natural light now flooding our sitting room. "You pay for what you get" is true and I'm happy I got real value for money. Would I recommend ODC, Yes, for sure.

We started talking to ODC about designs for our house over 3 years ago but due to planning delays and then an appeal it has taken til now for the project to be installed. Throughout the process the design team answered all our questions and provided solutions to our queries. They resolved any of our concerns and the installation team did an amazing job on site. We are very happy with the final result.

Excellent doors, great installation and communication. Just one issue with a delay on installation due to sickness, but otherwise all good.

This company makes great products and has a team of experienced and very helpful staff. We live close to the Poole factory, so were able to visit the showroom to see a wide range of products. Eddie couldn't have been helpful in explaining the features and attributes of the high quality products. Jamie was also excellent, and the ease and speed of communication with the company made them a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be returning to ODC for future projects.

We are an Architectural practice and have worked with ODC on a couple of projects. They have quality products and provide good technical support at design stage.

Great looking doors but a part has gone wrong after 18 months and they say it falls out of warranty owing to customer 'misuse'? how does one misuse a door? because it's out of warranty they say we have to pay for the visit to investigate the problem, the new part, and the installation. doesn't leave a good taste in the mouth.

Seamless from start to finish with professional sales and installation team as usual

Delighted with the ODC experience end to end . Installed sliding doors and windows which look great. Product manufactured in the UK on a shorter lead time, the overall service and communication was good and the builder impressed with the installation team and surveyor support

I recently had ODC Glass create 6 custom glazing panels with bifold doors for my home, all in non-standard sizes and with specific acoustic, thermal, and UV protection requirements. This was on a refurb/New-Extension on our property, which is just under 200 years old.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The sales team provided personalised attention and expert guidance, while the customer support team kept me informed throughout the process. The installation crew was professional, skilled, and worked seamlessly around our ongoing build project.

What impressed me most was how accommodating they were to our specific needs and timeline. The final result has genuinely exceeded my expectations - the quality of both the products and workmanship is outstanding.

I'd like to call out a special thanks to the team who helped us specifically being :

Cynthia Oldemburg
Tom Barrett
Lisa Banham
Uzma Rachyal
(And the team of installers)

I've already recommended ODC Glass to two close friends who are now using their services. Without hesitation, they'll be my first choice for any future glazing work.

ODC were a pleasure to deal with. Really friendly staff and I’m so pleased with the super thin profiling that they managed to achieve for our sliding doors. They managed to produce a lovely heritage look with bespoke glazing bar design. I had thought I needed Crittall to achieve this but the aluminium was great as a less expensive alternative.
