Absolutely love this brand! I love being able to resonate with so many of their pieces. Can’t wait to see what they launch next!!

I will start with I have always seen their adds and have wanted to buy so many of there things and I finally did. I had ordered a shirt right before Christmas, so absolutely was not expecting it quickly. I received an email that a ticket was created with purolator but then that was it. It’s been 3 weeks and it still does not show as shipped or anything, purolator has not received the parcel. I contacted customer service and the person was very kind and seemed to be very happy to help, they said they would check into it but wouldn’t hear back until Monday. It’s now the end of Monday and I have not heard anything yet, I checked purolator and the status is still the same. I am unfortunately super disappointed with the way my order has gone especially since it was an exspensive purchase for one t-shirt. I don’t think I would order again as I just can’t really trust that I would receive the item.

I’ve been a customer of Octopied Mind for years, and honestly, the quality gets better with every single drop. Every tee I’ve bought feels more premium than the last, the fabric, the fit, the wash, everything. On top of that, their customer service is truly incredible.

In November, one of my orders took a little longer than expected due to warehouse issues they were dealing with, but they kept me updated the entire time and were completely transparent about what was happening. They even compensated the wait with a very generous gift card, which I genuinely appreciated.

I know how hard it is for small teams behind the scenes, so I have a lot of empathy for businesses like Octopied Mind that are growing while still keeping things personal and thoughtful. I’ll 100% continue supporting this beautiful brand.

Also, such amazing news that they’ve opened a U.S. warehouse, it’s going to make ordering even better now that packages can arrive without surprise duties.

The company hides where they ship from and I was unaware of their location until I received tariffs (for almost double what the shirts are worth). They then accidentally had their distributors ship the same package twice which means I’ve been tariffed twice. I reached out (took forever to get a reply) and the customer service rep absolutely sucked. First they said they paid the mistake then they offered me a gift card for the original package plus tariffs. I said based on the quality of the shirts I don’t want MORE so why not pay the original packaged tariffs. She said “we can’t pay tariffs in good faith”…..first of all it’s not good faith it’s good customer service. The quality of the shirts suck and would make me second guess going to them but to cause the headache for the 2nd package and literally at no point offer ANY appeasement is insane to me. Finally after almost 2 months (TWO!) they go “we’ve refunded your order” aka “go away we are done dealing with you”.

This company has lied repeatedly about their efforts. I’m still getting dinged for the tariffs they mistakenly sent a package for.

Now onto the shirts - I bought 3, all same material all same size all same length. 2/3 came the same length and material with no stretch, super rigid. 1/3 came MASSIVE like literally fits me like I bought 2 sizes too big and is insanely stretchy. None of the3 are “long” all are crops which I’m 5’6, they should be long on me cause crops hit me at the hips usually. Inconsistent sizing and material. Cute designs but not worth the hassle and inconsistencies

I have yet to receive 2 shirts from my order. I have used every method of communication trying to reach out to resolve this issue. No help whatsoever. Don’t order from them. You might only get part of your order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The recipient of the T-Shirt I bought from this company it’s getting a letter for import fees of $41.00! I paid $89.00 for a T-SHIRT!!!!

Incredible! Their designs just speak to my soul. But then even more incredible is the quality of their clothing and accessories! I am just blown away. Everything shipped quickly, and every shirt even came with some seeds to plant, can't wait for those to grow! This clothing line is just fantastic and I love them! I've never felt more seen 😁🥰. I am forever a devoted customer.

Love this brand! I’m so happy to have found a Canadian brand during these stupid tariffs times!! The clothing is high quality and the artwork is beautiful and relatable!! So soft! I really appreciate having different size models so that you can have a better idea of how the clothes will look.

Also to the people giving bad reviews cause of duties, what’s wrong with you? Blame your orange of a president not an amazing business

I love their designs and the message behind their business, but they're inconsistent and pricey. I've bought from them a few times and they're customers service is great. The product sizing is very all over the place though. I have 5 shirts from them, all ordered the same size and only 2 match even close. After getting sent a replacement for the first time I ran into this, it was still an issue.
If the prices were lower, I'd honestly not really care, because i love the pieces, but they're expensive, so consistency seems like it should be a necessity.

Really disappointed there was no disclaimer about tariffs and brokerage fees on the website BEFORE I purchased. After receiving a notice I would have to pay $155 to UPS to actually receive the 3 t-shirts I ordered, I looked up the information on their website and it states shipments under $800 are duty free, and the only other page on the website that has a section for duties and tariffs was completely blank. I have reached out to this company via email and social media and they have not answered me. I had to deny the shipment and will likely not get my money back, which was almost $200!!! $350 for 3 shirts is ridiculous and the company should be transparent and provide information before customers make purchases. I will be disputing the charge on my account since they are not responding.

Product is decent but customer service is sadly non-existent. This company gives incorrect information on their site, and they don't respond to customer support emails. Buy in-store if you're able and be VERY cautious if you do decide to order online.

Disappointed with this brand, especially since their focus is inclusivity, but I could not find a single shirt that was modeled by someone with my body type (AMAB), making the shopping experience unpleasant. It is important to be able to see the clothing on different body types, especially when shipping is as steep as it is and returns are not free.

The t-shirts I received were great quality and I loved the designs. Despite measuring flat a t-shirt that fit me well and getting the corresponding size as suggested they were too small. The website claims easy returns but it turns out that is not if you are in the UK. There is a $15 handling fee for returns. There are so many exceptions to returns in the policy they could refuse it for any reason at all. Even though I just tried the tops on and put them back in the packaging I am concerned they will find a reason to refuse the return. I also have to pay for postage from the UK to Canada. They also don't allow you to cancel an order.

LOVEEEEEE these shirts!

I am a bigger gal, but I love a cute crop - and to be able to choose the length option is REALLY great. Fabrics are soft but STRONG and super good quality. I have about 4 shirts from them, and sizing my first one was off, so just pay attention to the sizes (they are right in the guide, but I just made a bad decision)

Purchase #2, I made all the right decisions. I love these, and with the graphics, I get compliments or questions all the time.
