I love the quality and sharp meaningful artwork on their products. Service is also spectacular- especially in light of the size the company. They went above and beyond beyond to settle issues with tariffs and I'm happy to be a customer and huge fan!

I absolutely love OM, have ordered multiple times over the last two years and it’s been a great experience every time. Now that they have a warehouse in the US shipping is even faster. I have shirts in different weight, a hoodie, and several long sleeves. All fit great snd just lovely quality. Fwiw all my tshirts are crop style but because of the flattering cut - I can wear them to the office with high washed jeans just fine. Highly recommend!

Really liked the clothes, but had to refuse delivery at the door because of unrelated UPS reasons. It got sendt back and UPS said it was delivered to the sender, but I had not heard from octopiedmind yet. So i wrote to them and they had not received it, but issued a refund anyway. Great customer service.

I was SO in love with the designs when I first found Octopied Mind...very relevant to my life and the world we're living in now.

But I wasn't prepared for how much MORE elated I would be when I got the shirts in! They are each a little different in fabric and style; but in each one, the quality of the fabric and print is out of this world. My bestie works in the apparel world and I am very reticent to give her clothes as she always has a critique. But when she saw her gift, she was SO delighted by the quality and everything about it, she signed up and got two more shirts for gifts!

And even better, one day they mailed me coupon, and I missed the deadline to use it by one day. I emailed them, and within a couple of hours they sent me a new code that worked perfectly.

At this point, I've purchased 6 different items from them, and I've only stopped because it's maybe become an obession of mine and I need that money to buy food! But maybe I just need one more...

My experience was excellent, I got smacked with a customs charge and it honestly took me by surprise. I reached out to octopied mind and they made the moment right, set me up to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the situation. And my shirts that came are top tier they are gonna last a lifetime

I've got a handful of items that I absolutely adore, and they just came out with some wicked new designs I'm dying for!! Their clothing just speaks to me. I feel so "me" wearing my Octopied Mind pieces, and recommend it to all my cool friends 😜

I should also mention that they have the most responsive customer support! I had troubles checking out once when a sale was ending, and was afraid I would miss out, but they were so responsive and helpful! They were super friendly, quick to get back to me and made sure I was still able to get the sale discount. Can't say enough good things!

I kept seeing ads of the brand everywhere and wanted to give it a try. I ordered 7 items (Cropped T-Shirts, Long T, Hoodie, short) on Feb 18th and received my order super fast 2 days later. The material of all items is amazing, the designs are true to the website and everything fits as of the size chart. Although, one of the T-shirt wasn't on my initial order and received another design instead. After reaching to the customer service, the team answered me within 24 hours and sent me free of charge my missing Item. I will absolutely continue to support this small inclusive Canadian brand and I recommend them :)

Great customer service and quality of product. Shipping did take a while but that was due to the warehouse issues, outside of their control. That issue is resolved. Love this company

Octopied Mind is one of my favorite clothing companies! I have placed several orders each came fast and I love my items. The one time I needed customer service (due to a mistake on my end) customer service provide excellent service!

In other reviews tariffs were mentioned. I did have to pay for earlier orders but not the company's fault. Since they opened a warehouse in the US I have not had a problem.

I think I’ve made at least 3 purchases now in the last 6 months. The company makes very witty and aesthetic tops. The size range is really cool, and I love that most shirts come with the crop or long option. There’s different materials available too, which is great. I love their modal shirts the best.
So the products are amazing, but it doesn’t stop there. Obviously through no fault of their own, at some point tariffs hit the retail scene really hard and I received a bill in the mail after I received my first order. I reached out because while I knew what was going on with tariffs in the political climate, I wanted to make sure the charges were legit and not a scam. They got back to me immediately and not only did they offer to cover the tariff cost of that shipment, but I had also made a 2nd order already that they saw and were willing to cover via credit as well. That was seriously cool of them. They did not need to offer that, but it made a huge difference to me that they did. I’ve received all my orders in a timely manner. I got great customer service any time I’ve emailed them. And knowing I’m supporting such an inclusive and minority business, I’m a happy repeat customer. Obviously my experience wasn’t flawless, but again, that wasn’t their fault, yet they went above and beyond to satisfy their customer.

I had a great experience with Octopied Mind! They were extremely helpful with my order and took the time to help me figure out my order status when I wasn’t sure if I had accidentally placed it twice. Their customer service was patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to help.

The quality of their clothing really stands out. The material feels durable and well-made — not cheap at all — and the graphics are super creative and unique. I also ordered the knit beanie, and it’s heavy, warm, and perfect for winter.

I love the unique designs and often 100% cotton quality items! I’ve always received my items fast, and when I received a defective item they were quick to remedy it and send me a brand new pair. I’d recommend supporting this small, women owned Canadian business!
