had a install today could not get wifi o n it engineer phoned told him it would be o a 6 0 clock not good enough would not have changed if i knew the out come farce fromstart to finish 5 hrs plus to get connected shambles

Good communication

I have given 5 stars for the speed of the Internet but on the day of installation by city fibre on completion they could not connect to octopus, it was upto me to contact octopus as City fibre was showing 4 green lights on their equipment so could not power up the router. It took 3 phone calls and 4 hours after the installation completion to get Internet up and working.
But it is very fast and I am happy with it

I'm a happy with Octaplus

I'm a happy Octaplus customer for 18 months.
The speed has always been above the promised 150GB. Initially the broadband dropped a couple of times, but they always sorted it out quickly and politely. Customer service is fastest during office hours, and always patient, cheerful and effective. Particular thank so Genvil from the onboarding team.

Octaplus has been flawless

Octaplus has been flawless, always had the best speed and never got a problem.
When I was renewing my contract customer service has been fabulous. Felix from Octaplus helped me enormously with setting up my new contract.

I urged all Octaplus customer to check their bank statement vs their billing. This company needs to be audited for their billing.

I was with this company for 2 years.
Until my contract ended, I looked at my bank statement that I had overpaid for one month without knowing.
This company seriously need to fix their billing system.
No clear billing for each month in their portal, which is why I was overcharged without knowing.

Although I finally received the refund. But I urged you to check your bank statement.

Had a minor tech issue with an update…

Had a minor tech issue with an update that had been pushed out to my router. I contacted the tech support team and the issue was rectified swiftly and in a professional manner. New static up address created and all working perfectly. Great service with knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

My terrible experience with a garbage ISP

I've been experiencing unstable broadband, frequent packet loss, and disconnections every five minutes for the past two months. I've made these issues known to them multiple times, twice via email and through phone calls, yet nothing has been resolved. The Ethernet icon remains active on my PC even while the connection drops. It's clear they are not complying with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have no intention of doing so.

Let this review serve as a reminder that it is better to stick with a well-established broadband provider, the lower price comes with a catch. In my case, that catch has been poor customer service, an incompetent technical team, and a complete lack of transparency when it comes to identifying and addressing the root causes of the issues.

Don’t make the mistake of signing a contract with them.

A first no one could call me

A first no one could call me. But I could call myself from my mobile. Now when talking on my phone it echoing and then people can't hear me . Wish I never changed.

Poor communication

Generally, service has been OK. Came home last Friday to no Internet, when we called technical support we were told it was a billing issue. Transferred to billing only to be informed there is no one available until the Monday morning. It transpired there was a month's missed payment from August 2024. No communication what so ever regarding this.
Ridiculous.

Customer Service

Contract run out from Octaplus, tried a different company however no where near as good as Octaplus. I have gone back and they made it very easy.
