Never received order, horrible customer service
This is by far the worst retail brand I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, and it's still on-going. I ordered the Marina one piece swimsuit. In total with international shipping and taxes, I paid about $418. I made my order 2 months ago. I haven't even gotten an update for the shipment of my order. I've reached out countless times to their customer service, which is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Their customer service is horrible. They're currently ignoring my emails asking for an update on my order, or at least a refund for not having received what I paid for. I feel scammed out of spending $400 for nothing, and on top of that being ignore by uncoorperative customer service. I noticed other people experiencing the same frustrations in their instagram comments, but they continuously delete customers comments that complain about not receiving their order. I do not trust this brand and highly recommend not shopping here unless you want your money stolen

Obsessed with my swim suit!
Obsessed with my swim suit I bought the white one shoulder one with the embellishments and it’s gorgeous and fit is good, a little on the small side on the bum I’d say, but that’s probs down to my ghetto booty, but other than that it’s amazing 🤩 if you are unsure defo buy it beautiful!

Gutted!!! Great designs but awfully constructed and customer service are a nightmare to deal with.
They have been a nightmare to deal with just in chasing such minuscule refund on a massive order (there was a shipping deal I was eligible for but still was charged, and I've been waiting months for my shipping to be refunded, chasing weekly).
There’s a makeup stain in the facemask I ordered - no offer of compensation for that and not like I’m going to wear a used facemask now. Also am sad to see how quickly their bathing suits fall apart. One I hand washed cold and brought it on holiday with me only to find that when I unpacked it to wear the gold stitching was already unravelling. These are issues I’d even be upset with in fast fashion; with these expensive prices the quality definitely isn’t there to justify what I’ve spent.
Am gutted as love the designs but also their sizing is totally messed up - where some size small tops fall off me other mediums are snug. They also do not reply in a very professional or timely fashion.
They need to work on these literal and symbolic snags as opposed to spending more funds on flashy marketing in my opinion.

Beautiful
Received my bikini a few days ago now, it is honestly the nicest quality and packaged beautifully. I will definitely be returning for more! Communication from the brand was amazing and I can't wait to wear it.
