I was in a panic about my boiler…
I was in a panic about my boiler suddenly not working and no hot water two days ago. I spoke to Donald who resolved the issue very swiftly the same day. It is rare that a company really goes out of their way to help you like this. He did everything possible to help me avoid incurring costs. If only all companies operated with this level of integrity!

Sub-contractor did not seem to understand Covid. No face mask nor offer to wear one and tried to shake my hand.
Obre were very professional with their handling of the job however.
