Very quick to respond to my request on a Friday evening and the engineer came round to assess the issue within 2 hours. He came again the next day to fix the hot water issue and was efficient and friendly.
Really good and quick efficient service.

it was great experience . Engineer came on Sunday and finished working till late making sure leakage issue is sorted .

Excellent service and very friendly staff

I rang up on a Saturday to get an electrical problem fixed and they were very helpful and sent an engineer round within 3 hours who fixed the issue. Thank you - very prompt service with friendly staff!

Edit - the companies reply is a pack of lies. I worked on a job in Weymouth to re seal a bathroom. Companies owner got angry and threatening when I refused to take down the review. Have screenshots that I have sent to trustpilot and this review will not be removed. Do not use this company

The team was very helpful. They did a great job arranging the appointments and keeping me informed of what was happening each step of the way. The contractors who came out to we’re very professional and we’re able to provide the appropriate solution to fix my window problem.

I had an urgent need for a plumber after hours. Obre responded right away and had a plumber here in less than 2 hours. The plumber called me en route and talked me through what to do to stop the leak and limit damage before he could arrive. He was quick and thorough and cleaned up after. They followed up after and have been very communicative.

Had a great experience with Obre, my boiler was broken and I was without hot water and as soon as they were contacted they keep me up to date and got out quickly and got my boiler working again. The engineer was really lovely and quick and everything was sorted smoothly and I would definitely use them again and recommended them to anyone who needs any maintenance work done.

The experience I have had with Obre was fantastic from the customer service to the work that was carried out. I was kept updated throughout the process and always felt they kept the customer at the front of their minds while carrying out the work. You can tell they are a customer centred company who care. I would highly recommend using Obre to anyone
