Comprehensive and Attentive
Found via a quote comparison website (I've forgotten which). Very attentive, called as soon as the quote was received and beat the lowest competitor price. I admit that I was initially skeptical due to the low price vs competition and lack of Trust Pilot presence, but Anita was very responsive (and they have since set up a Trust Pilot account as one might have discerned!). The report was booked in quickly and, as far as I can tell at this stage, very comprehensive. I am currently 2 weeks out from completion, so it won't be until I move in that I can truly verify the comprehensiveness of the report, but at this stage I can't fault Snag and Surv and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very comprehensive snagging survey…
Very comprehensive snagging survey completed which has allowed me to ensure work can be completed before we move in. Communication was very good and the surveyor even collected the keys from the estate agent so we didn't need to be there on the day. Thank you again!

Ibukun is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Ive worked with her on 6 properties so far where she has done Valuations and mostly Level 3 surveys and I can say I have been very very satisfied! I truly recommend her!
