Oakheart Estate Agents have provided a professional service and interfaced well between my Wife and I as purchasers and the sellers of the property, marketed by Oakheart EA. I particularly like the way the conventional Estate Agent role (George Dunn in our case) transitioned to the Sales Progresser role (Annalise Wright). Both George and Annalise were professional and reliable in doing what they said they would do. My Wife and I have not completed yet, thus if the good service continues up to and including completion, I would be then happy to convert the 4 star rating into a 5 star rating.

I recently purchased a property through Oakheart. Annalise and Richard were amazing from beginning to end. I decided to rent the property out and due to their hard work and professionalism of finding a tenant so quickly; I’m am also using Oakheart to manage the let too. Richard is excellent at his job. Lucy and Annalise have gone absolutely above and beyond to help progress our purchase. They kept us regularly updated throughout, helped with any concerns we had and when things got stressful at the point of exchange - they were absolutely amazing at speaking to everyone and trying to push it through. Plus, they are both absolutely lovely and so nice to speak to!! Thank you both so much - everyone buying a house needs a Lucy or Annalise!

We opted to use Oakheart following a local promotion in Prettygate, however the way our property was presented and electronically dressed/furnished for sale by their team way surpassed our expectations. Every member of their staff were professional and courteous throughout showing due diligence to find the best buyer amongst 35 viewings and at least 10 offers for the property. A special mention for Annalise who held the sale together when increased mortgage rates wobbled the process a little. The big question is, would I use Oakheart again- absolutely and without hesitation.

Tommy started it all buy getting us an above asking price offer. Then annalise and Lucy took over sorting out so many issues that we had and made the process much smother than other agents that we have used in the past very professional team would definitely recommend oakheart and definitely would used this incredible team again.

The service from Oakheart, and in particular Craig, was outstanding. I could not recommend this team more highly, and would definitely use their services in the future, without hesitation.

Oakheart Ipswich have been nothing short of excellent!

We negotiated a fixed fee before instruction which was very competitive. Kelly and the team have been fantastic, friendly and professional at every stage, from getting our house on the market and sold within a week, then keeping us informed as things progressed, chasing things up for us (which there was quite a lot of!). Even when we had a last minute issue requiring a survey, Kelly was on it, managed to find us a surveyor who could come out the same day!

I cannot recommend Oakheart enough, they are great!

I haven’t a bad word to say with regards to my experience. Oakheart are of the highest standard that can be found within property.

As a first time buyer, my knowledge was limited, I was however guided from start to finish with professionalism, a smile and in a language tailored to my understanding.

After struggling for a long time, I turned to Oakheart who managed to help me complete quicker than I thought possible with zero stress.

Annalise- sales progressor- is a true testament to the company and words could not justify how incredibly grateful I am for everything she has done.

I hope to one day have the privilege of having Oakheart by my side in future purchases and sales.

An Experience I Will Not Forget.

As a property investor who has delt with many estate agents, I can contest that Oakheart are one of, if not the best estate agents I have come across. The property itself was a relatively easy sale and I believe any good estate agent could have achieved a sale. However .. the difference with Oakheart was in their outstanding level of enthusiasm and sales progression (thank you Annalise) which was exemplary. I put this down to having a young dynamic but experienced team (it shows if you visit the office) along with a good procedural and sales progression systems. Not once did I fail to reach Oakheart either by email or phone. In addition the online sales progression tool was a great self service way to understand where both myself and the buyer were in the process. Very impressed with all.

The whole team are extremely approachable and acted honestly and professionally throughout my sale.
Craig in particular went above and beyond to make us feel listened too and supported in our decisions, showing great communication and knowledge throughout.
Oak heart really are the Best agents in the area.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Baker. I requested a viewing for a flat I liked the look of, he showed me that flat as well as another much nicer flat that had just become available that I ended up going with. Oak heart was easy to deal with and kept me informed all the way along, I have worked with many different estate agent personally and professionally over the past 10 years and would be happy to recommend Oakheart as one of the best experiences I’ve had.

I was by no means relishing the prospect of undergoing the process of selling my home but with the Oakheart Property team working for me, I couldn't have hoped for a better estate agent. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and were easy to contact at all times. Of particular note were both Craig, who worked hard on my behalf and successfully negotiated with the buyers, and Annalise, who progressed the sale thereafter, efficiently and regularly checking up on every process stage and informing me of each step. I never felt 'out of the loop' with this team and was really pleased I had chosen them.

Craig done an amazing job at selling our flat couldn't fault in anyway.. he was very professional dealing with our sale and I'm mega chuffed with how much he sold our flat for. She has been absolutely amazing in this whole process, from ringing daily to keeping me updated on our sale process, to dealing with our solicitors from both parties and another estate agents.. to answering my messages at stupid o'clock at night! If I could give you a huge bonus I really would. You're credit to the company 👏 and they are lucky to have you. Even another estate agent sang your praises and told me to write a really good review for you.
