As a first-time home buyer, I walked into the process with many questions and uncertainties, but Kevin&Co made everything feel easy, clear, and stress-free from day one. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout my entire journey.

From the very start of my property search to the final purchase, Kevin&Co truly listened to my needs and worked tirelessly to find a home that perfectly matched my requirements. They always respected my decisions, explained every step in detail, and provided honest advice and valuable insights that gave me complete confidence.

I am genuinely grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and hard work they put into my case. Kevin&Co went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My experience with this letting agency was disappointing from day one. The communication was inconsistent and unprofessional they would call at random hours, sometimes late in the evening, but when I needed to get in touch, especially by email, they were unresponsive for days.

The property itself was far from ideal. The landlord had unreasonable expectations and treated the place like it was still entirely under their control. I didn’t feel like a tenant more like someone temporarily tolerated in their space.

Repairs or issues with the house were always pushed back on me. Even when things were clearly faulty from the beginning, I was still made responsible and was charged when I left. They seem far more focused on finding reasons to deduct from your deposit than actually supporting tenants.

On top of that, any urgent matters were met with indifference you’re expected to fix things yourself and cover the cost, regardless of your situation.

I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency. They caused more stress than support throughout the entire tenancy.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before renting through this agency.

The landlord is extremely controlling and unreasonable you’re barely allowed to keep your own belongings in the house without being questioned. It felt more like staying in someone else’s space than living in a rented home.

When you move out, be prepared to be blamed (and charged!) for issues that existed long before your tenancy. Be very careful with your deposit they will look for any excuse to deduct from it, regardless of your actual responsibility.

As for the agency: they’ll call you at any hour, including 10pm, without hesitation. But when you try to reach them especially by email good luck getting a reply unless they feel like it. Communication is completely one-sided.

If there’s an emergency, you’re expected to cover the costs yourself, even if you’re in a difficult financial situation and they deduct from the rent .

Save yourself the stress. I would never rent from them again, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

THE MOST IMPORTANT AT THE BEGINING THEY PUSH YOU TO GIVE THEM FEEDBACK NECAUSE THEY KNOW IF YOU DO WHEN UOU ARE LEAVING ITS GONNA BE A BAD ONE

I have never used or contacted this company and have no intention doing so.
I came into contact with them by one of their sales consultants cold calling at my door (having seen the existing sales board outside)
The guy proceeded to criticise who I had chosen to go with and told me he could do a better job. He went on to say Kevin &Co had many clients ...... if that is the case why is he knocking at my door.
I know it is a dog eat dog world but I found this behaviour to be unethical and shady. An estate agent of the caliber he was claiming to be
would not need to poach clients

I just used to sell a property, be careful as they are silver tongued as sales, and went against one of my primary instructions, which caused me great embarrassment with my, and the buyers solicitors..no embarrassment to the agent, but made me look like a bad seller.... and agent can not say sorry, its not it their nature... I had to give the keys to the buyer as agent is so far away... very interesting chatting to them, and I found out a heap of miss truths from the agent...

We have been looking to purchase a property in the East London area for over a year and throughout the process we have dealt with Kavin & Co. Anju on a number of occasions. Petty representatives are always extremely professional and happy to go above and beyond to answer any questions and solve any issues to make the process as transparent and easy as possible. It has been a really busy and challenging time recently and have navigated it very well. Noone really cares here, poor customer service and they fail to communicate effectively or frequently enough. They got the job done but wouldn't recommend and glad to be done with them.
