Good price, courteous drivers , and good driving

Excellent service, on time , professional, clean coach, with super lovely drivers.
We are a school and we really enjoyed the service

The coach was an hour late and changed the pick-up location very last minute. I emailed to discuss this further but they haven't responded.

The service we received was excellent 👍.
Time was the key from start to finish.

Friendly and professional experience from both drivers who took me and my school group to Belgium earlier this week.

For Friday 11th pick up from school one coaches arrived at 12:15 for as arranged for 12: 30 which was excellent. For the second coaches I had call
three times before I was able to get any information about the whereabout of the coaches. We were meant to be at Kingswood Ashford for 2:30pm.
We didn’t leave school till 1:50pm. By the time we got to Kingswood it was after 4:20pm, because of the delay our students missed out the first activity scheduled for them.
We allowed that on the ground of there was a miscommunicating with the timing, even though I called up to double check when I only received the movement of one coach. I was reassured the that booking was all confirmed for two coaches and both journeys.

On the return trip back Sunday 13th , the drama starts all over again one coach is missing, I had to phone few times to get the location of the coach. Then I was told because the drive was coming from another job so
he needs to have half hours break because legally he cannot drive without the break. On what angle is this our problem, we asked for 2:00pm pick up and we expect that.
We had deal with some very angry parents waiting for us when we got back due to the delay. One delay is understandable things happen but both times is very off putting, especially when it happens on the same leg of journey.
I have been booking coaches with your company for a while now and was very happy with your service so far.

We were impressed by the professional and pleasant service and the excellent timekeeping. The coach was comfortable, and the drive to our venue was pleasant.

Matt the driver was amazing, felt very safe on the journey and he was very patient when we got to the Excel london.

The drivers were great as was Vicky in sales.

The trip from Oldham up to Crystal Palace went really well, unfortunately the M62 was closed and the driver had to take an alternate, longer route. Coach was warm, comfortable and the driver was friendly and professional - many thanks to the team

What a professional service you provided for our journey to Taunton via several pickups.

From our first point of contact who was so helpful and accommodating and our driver who went above and beyond keeping us all safe and comfortable during our journey both ways.

I will have no hesitation to recommend your services to anyone in the future.

The coach was booked to collect a school party at 9.00 am to go to Southampton to catch a ferry. When we called to confirm where he was to park at 8.30 am we were told he was the other side of London. He finally arrived at gone 10.00 am. We loaded up the children and were then informed he needed a 45 minute break on the way. This resulted in the children missing 2 ferries and half their first day of their school trip.
