I’m choosing one star because I can’t choose lower. I placed an order with subscription on 3rd of August and so far I’ve emailed several times both directly from my mailbox and via the online form, I’ve messaged instagram and absolutely nothing. My order hasn’t shipped my emails have been ignored, took my money though!!!! I’ve since cancelled my subscription but my order remains unfulfilled and my mails and messages unanswered. Absolute disgrace as a company!

This Company is a Scam! I purchased items that I never received, their online chat is fake and does not work, there is no Company phone number or email to reach them, no communication nothing. This Company claims to be an online pharmacy but really just buys products from eBay and then never sends them to you. Beware do not trust this Website!

I have been watching my weight for several years and as we age cellulites continue to show. I gave NU Keto capsules and drops a go and I’m seeing results and also boosts my energy. Living healthier life in 2023!!

I placed and order and spent £200 to not receive my parcel. When I’ve emailed the company I’ve been told it’s my responsibility to check tracking time to time and they will not chase up with the courier… I have not received the parcel and this company will not help me, I’m absolutely shocked and out of pocket

After a day of constantly emailing the company and not getting anywhere, I’ve been told on here to email the support email and had the same message forwarded… they will not chase up with the courier as the tracking is saying delivered but I haven’t received, the courier will only deal with the sender. I’m still out of pocket 😳
Like I have said in numerous emails, I don’t have the proof of postage for Royal Mail to help me.. I have paid you not Royal Mail… absolutely disgusting customer service

Now after 4 months to add insult to injury they have replied to this feed back with the same response as in January. I’m still in the same position with Royal Mail and I’m still out of pocket…..

I would highly recommend these products

I wanted to like the products but it is hard to when you have no product to try!!. My first order came with no problems. However my second order...over 3 months later and still nothing!! I have been extremely patient and polite to them regarding this and after 2 months I got a refund. They advised that this delay in delivery was not acceptable to them and they would send me out another order. This order I had to chase and was advised that apparently it was customs fault (again!) and that another order would be sent. I was given a tracking number and when I reached out to the CEO who was/is supposedly dealing this the issue asking why the product is showing as being in Madrid since 19.08.21 the response was:

"Our shippers have indicated that this item is in Spain, once it received by customs and the Spanish Post it is their responsibility to scan the package in their country."

No apology no responsibility taken nothing. Admittedly the product has been sent as FOC as sign of good faith I guess for the previous issues that took 2 months before anything was sorted but it is now over 3 months and still no product. Not to mention all of the time and effort I had put into trying to build a business with them creating 4 dedicated social media platforms, which I have informed them off and nothing, they just avoid replying to that. I say 'they' and I am talking about the CEO. Customer services when they were involved at the beginning did not have a clue as to what was actually happening!

This is the first time I have ever written a review like this but I am extremely hurt and let down. Unless you have lots of time and spare money I would think twice before ordering from them especially if you are outside of the UK. One of their senior reps would continue to blame everything on Brexit but I fail to see what that has to do with a product from America coming to Spain!

UPDATE (in response to reply). I did point out that you sent out a product FOC as a sign of good faith. As for zero investment, it is a shame that you hold such little regard to peoples time...that is a WHOLE LOT of investment as you well know and repeatedly say. PLUS what about the people who need product to activate the account and then the upkeep when customers are not buying/receiving product let alone the rep! Is that your standard reply to those that have paid for a product...sorry but its not our fault its the pandemic and customs and so on. This is not actually the case for other companies as I have had deliveries from America for all sorts of different products supplements included (due to no delivery from yourselves) and these have been processed and been received within a week, 2 at the most. Thank you for your well wishes though!

In reply to your comment please read my original review and with regards to shipping in my country, it's a bit odd that your head lead person who lives in the same country as me seems to have no problems receiving her orders! You have taken care of her very well and as for me as someone that was trying to start a business with you...well. Also I have been tracking my order which is why I know it was returned back to you on a couple of days ago and didn't make it through customs...why is that?

Shipping every month is a nightmare... 45 days to receive items!! Told to email support. Support doesn't answer emails even though Nutonic's policy is 2-3 days. To stay an affiliate, you have to place a $50/month order. Well, hard to do each month when you haven't received the previous month's order. Other direct sales/online companies have better, consistent shipping of products within a reasonable time frame.
Had a few clients that followed recommendations and experienced none of the positive results...but lots of negatives (frequent bathroom visits).
It's not true when Nutonic say people are the first or are the only people not seeing results while following the plan. Nutonic doesn't work for everyone.
Many other reps have also voiced the same problems. I'm seriously trying to like these products but... it's hard to recommend.

I ordered my package on the 6th of july. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I live in Australia yes but even with that should be taking no more the 14 days tops. I have read so many good reviews on this product but unless they can fix the ahipping issues then i wont be buying again

Excellent customer service however the products its self.. I started using slenderize 1 tab 30 min before breakfast an 1 tab in eve 30 min before dinner.. I am on my third week an I have not lost a pound or an inch, I am also walking daily 3 to 5 km of a brisk walk along with a balanced diet (on a programme) and iv lost nothing.. im very disappointed esp when the product cost over 50 euro and had all these results posted on the fb group!! My advise hold onto your money

Maar een paar producten doen echt wat ze moeten doen, maar de klantenservice is bar slecht! nutonic is niet in orde met de wettelijke papieren en daarom moeten klanten inklaring kosten en douane kosten bijbetalen -+ 30€ per product, tracking kan je niet correct opvolgen, orders nog niet ontvangen van eind april, begin mei. als je mailt standaard antwoord en komt er op neer dat je zelf maar moet uitzoeken wat en hoe. Hemp is illegaal voor inname blijkbaar. Wees op jullie hoede

Warning !! Fraude !!! after 2 months I didn't received my parcel. Customer services is NOT help full at ALL ! lost 95 USD ....

Truly amazing company! Outside of the people saying scam, every single review is 5 stars so you know they’re really good. Normally I would think they must be fake bots or people that work for the company writing phony reviews but even the actual write ups all say almost the exact same thing. Most phony reviews use a few different scripts. Nutonic is the real deal! ;)

This company is INCREDIBLE!
I have always been an advocate for NATURAL alternatives to help improve your health and this company has it all!

90% of products are vegan and the fact that they are produced in FDA approved labs and are GMP certified is incredible!

I have tried many products from a variety of companies claiming their products are natural but unfortunately on further investigation they are full of bulking agents and synthetic versions of natural compounds!

In regards to the business side of Nutonic...
I am actually shocked at the complete waffle being spouted by some people on this thread!
It shows a blatant attempt to slander a company by making unsubstantiated claims.

It is obvious that the undertone of these comments are a personal attack on the people successfully building a business with Nutonic.
Pathetic attemps to justify their accusations with nonsensical statements.

Also one reviewer seems to have an issue with several companies when you look at the other 41 reviews they have made!

There are a lot of disgruntled individuals out there that focus all their energy into trying to sabotage other people due to jealousy.

What can I say about nutonic ? Leaving one company to join another without even knowing the prices, what does that tell you? The trust !!! The people behind it !!! Oh my god !!! What a difference these products have made to my life. I started taking 2 products for better health and oh boy oh boy !!! How do I feel ?? Absolutely fantastic !!! What we are getting out of the company ? Sit back and watch. If you think sitting on your backside will earn you millions without putting in any effort in, my darlings you need to wake up!
