Bradley provided excellent customer service. He responded quickly, took ownership of the issue, and kept me fully updated throughout. Although the delivery delay was outside of their control, he handled it professionally and kept the communication clear from start to finish. Exactly how customer service should be handled.

Super happy with the new lenses. Sent them on Monday and got them back on Friday. Saved me buying a new pair. I would recommend to others.

Excellent service! My husband broke his lense in his Ray ban sunglasses. Emailed Bradley at Nushades and he was so helpful. He kept us in touch with when he received the glasses and when they had been fixed and when to expect them to be delivered. Such a quick turn around and amazing quality of replacing the lenses. My son broke the arm off his new RayBan sunglasses and needed them repairing urgently as he was heading off on holiday in a matter of days. Ordered some new Rayban from Nushades as they had the ones I wanted in stock already. Some others state a long lead time as they don’t stock them.

Delivered as promised, less expensive than others and they’d had a pre delivery check done on them.

Can’t fault them.

I had broken my Ray Bans so sent them to Nushades. I was surprised when I had a reply telling me they were fakes, I had been duped. Their response was to try to repair as I had asked. They did a wonderful job, nobody would ever know they had been repaired the whole process only took just over a week, I had told them of the urgency as I was going abroad for a holiday.
I Cannot thank them enough as they also gave me a full refund as the parts they quoted me for were not needed.
I would recommend this company to anybody with a glasses problem.

I sent me Ray Bans to Nushades to have new lenses fitted as they had delaminated. I have had and used them for sometime now.
Bradley took control of my case and kept me informed of the process constantly. They have arrived and I am sure they look better than before. Price was super great too.

My wife liked some sunglasses but were a rediculous price in the shop. They were way cheaper here. But even though I thought I'd got the exact same ones, they were too big and I had to return. I ordered different (very similar ones) but was going on holiday and didn't wan them leaving on the doorstep for a week. The order was refunded, new glasses ordered and shipment delayed until we were home. Nushades couldn't have been more helpful, Bradley really had a good sense of customer care with good communication, which is so rare with so many cumpanies these days. Could not fault, definately recommend. Thanks again

Really great service from start to start to end. Great communication and felt like personalised service. I emailed a number of questions regarding replacement lenses, I recieved same day reply email with each question was clearly answered. I chose my lenses, sent my old glasses off and very quickly I got my glasses back looking very smart. Packaging was perfect and I had sent my glasses in orginal case which was slighly torn so lovley surprise I got free replacement case. Defintely will upgrade more of my sunglasses and buy more.
