I contacted Nushades unsure if I could get replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban sunglasses.
I got an extremely prompt reply from Bradley who could not have been any more helpful.
He asked me for details of my of my glasses and presented me with various options.
I picked my preferred option which I paid for and 7 days later my frames with new lenses arrived.

Excellent service in fixing my sunglasses. I was kept informed throughout and the glasses arrived back less than two weeks after sending them off.

Had the lenses replaced in my Ray-Ban sunglasses 🕶️ with genuine lenses. Very helpful service dealt with quickly and efficiently including having the new lenses put in for no charge. Would happily use this company again. Well done !! 😎

Having recently returning from holiday and having used my new Ray Bans for the first time and scratching the lenses. I was gutted. After doing research online and finding Nushades.

Nushades seemed the prefect match as approved Ray Bans repair centre. Service was excellent, ordered my new lenses got an email to advise lenses had been ordered after payment was made. A week later further email advising lenses had arrived. Emailed then to advise I would send my sun glasses when I could but a few weeks went by as we have been going through glorious sunshine. Finally sent my glasses 2 weeks later. I sent my glasses on the Saturday, emailed them on the Monday to say they will be delivered today. On the same day I received a email back to say they had replaced the lenses and sending them back to me.I got my Ray bans back on the Tuesday. Very impressed would use again and recommend to any one. I smashed my Ray Ban Sunglasses lenses whilst on holiday after dropping them on a hard tiled floor and immediately thought that's it I need to buy a new pair. After searching online several companies came up for replacement lenses, some supplying original lenses and some not original lenses. Looking at all the companies Nu Shades were by far the cheapest for original Ray Ban replacements which is what I wanted to keep my Sunglasses original. Ordered online using the code on the arm of the glasses and Nu shades supplied the Original lenses in less than a week. I chose to fit the lenses myself which was very straight forward as Nu Shades supplied a miniature screwdriver free of charge with the new lenses. Would highly recommend.

NUSHADES have just delivered my new original replacement lenses for my old, but favourite, Rayban aviators. The ordering process has been straightforward from start to finish. The website helps you make sure you order the right lense and after confirming via email they ask for payment. It took less than 2 weeks for the lenses to arrive and I fitted them myself. My glasses look like new again. Fantastic service.

Great, and prompt customer service with clear transparency over costs and exactly what the service involved. In fact, the only thing was that was a surprise is that they were faster than expected.

Amazing company. Had a couple pairs of customised Ray-Bans that needed new lenses and Steven worked with me to help identify the correct lens colour code because they are not printed anywhere for custom items. He made sure the process was fluid and simple and had my glasses repaired and posted back to me well within the given timeframe. I was kept up to date every step of the way. Am very happy and will be using again in the future.

Excellent service from Nushades . I scratched my much loved Ray-Ban sunglasses – and they replaced the lenses, super quick turnaround and delivery. I’m very impressed with this company. Seemed a fair price too highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. They repaired my sunglasses to a really high standard and they look as good as new. As a lovely surprise, they also replaced my broken sunglasses case with a brand new one at no extra charge. It's that kind of attention to detail and customer service that really stands out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again if I ever need another repair.
