Wonderful customer service
I ordered a bag and a pouch. Due to delivery issues beyond Nunoo's control, I did not receive my package. When following up with customer service, Christina responded incredibly quickly (even outside of their standard office hours) and was so helpful. She immediately replaced the order and within 3 business days after my initial message, I received my bag and pouch (at no additional cost).
Both the bag (Dandy Deluxe Spot) and the pouch (Kayla Deluxe Spot) look gorgeous and I am very happy with my purchases.
Shoutout to Christina for being so lovely - after my frustrations with DHL, she was able to turn my day around. I will definitely order from Nunoo in the future, also because of their great customer service!

Pésimo servicio, muy tarde el envío y en una dirección que no tiene nada que ver a la que yo solicité, no de calle, si no de población diferente a la cual me he tenido que desplazar. Y no una vez, en las dos ocasiones en las cuales he comprado para mis hijas. No lo recomiendo en absoluto con los precios además que pagas

El bolso una preciosidad
Experiencia nefasta
Hace un año me compré un bolso de esta marca, pero tuve que reclamar la compra a los 6 meses por que había sufrido un gran desgaste. Después me enviaron otro y a los 4 meses, lo mismo. Es una marca suficientemente cara como para que esto no pase. Hace un mes les comunique el desgaste de el segundo bolso y en teoría me enviaron otro, que nunca llego. Estoy muy descontenta.

Ik heb via de officiele site een tas gekocht in de uitverkoop. Betaal 3,- verzendkosten voor Budbee, allemaal prima. Echter de tas bleek helaas te groot en niet aan mijn verwachtingen te voldoen. Via de site een retour aangemaakt, € 17,- retourkosten!
Maar goed geen andere keus dus maar gedaan. Nu is deze verwerkt en moet ik de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten alsnog betalen, die is dus niet met die € 17,- verrekend... Totaal klantonvriendelijk. Op een bestelling van 67,- ben ik 20,- kwijt aan verzend en retourkosten. Nooit meer bestel ik daar iets.
Onmogelijke bezorging
Nunoo had zelf ingesteld dat de bestelling alleen op een pickup point kon worden afgeleverd en deze is er voor UPS niet in mijn woonplaats. Ik kon ook geen andere vervoerder kiezen. Ondanks dat ik gewoon mijn huisadres heb opgegeven is het vervolgens meerdere dorpen verderop bezorgd en was communicatie daarover niet mogelijk. Heel vervelend!
A letdown from start to finish
I pre-ordered the Dandy Black Dots bag, but the experience was unfortunately disappointing. The delivery was delayed multiple times, and when the bag finally arrived, it had a strong plastic smell and looked nothing like the photos on the website.
When I asked for a refund, the response referred to the product description saying the print could vary. But the description was changed after I received my order. Luckily, I took a screenshot of the original product description before ordering.
In my opinion, changing the product description after orders have been sent, and then using that updated text to justify a mismatch, is just unfair to customers. It’s disappointing to see a small brand like Núnoo handle things this way.

Virkelig dårlig kvalitet. Min taske er allerede grim at se på efter 4 mdr. og den er ellers blevet passet godt på. Ingen hjælp at hente hos kundeservice.
Netjes opgelost!
Had een poosje geleden een tas besteld bij nunoo, waar vervolgens binnen een paar maanden 2 rits hengseltjes zomaar vanaf vielen. Vervolgens contact hierover gehad met nunoo of ze mij mischien nieuwe ritst hengseltjes wilde sturen maar ik mocht van hun een nieuwe tas uitzoeken met dezelfde waarde ( aangezien ze de tas die ik heb niet meer op vooraad hadden) .
Ben super tevreden met de goeie service, heel blij met mijn nieuwe tas & netjes opgelost :)

Tas binnen maand verkleurd
Heb een maand geleden contact opgenomen over mijn gouden nunoo bag die ik nog geen maand had toen.. mijn tas is gewoon beige geworden en alle gouden lak is er van af!!

My delivery was weeks late, and I received no messages or emails about this. I sent an email asking where my bag was, and in response, I was told that the warehouse from which my bag was sent was out of stock. This was not true. If I hadn't sent a message, I don't know how long it would have taken before I received my bag.
