Very poor quality jeans that lasted less than my Levis before the material wearing through around the crotch. Upon inquiring about the heavily promoted 'free repairs' I was told this is only via a face to face drop in, in London.

This was the reason that my partner bought them for me as a present, thinking they would be repaired if something went wrong. I would never purchase anything from them again.

Nudie Jeans hat mir eine Jeans zugeschickt, die ohne Etikett kam. Sie sah verbraucht aus. Das habe ich dem Kundenservice gemeldet, der meinte dann, ich solle sie zurückschicken. Danach wurde die Rückerstattung des Geldes verweigert. Das kann nicht rechtens sein! Weder nach EU-Recht noch nach deutschem Recht. Eine Rücknahme der Ware darf auch so nicht verweigert werden, nur weil ihr die Etiketten fehlen. Aber Hauptsache groß preisen, man wäre nachhaltig???

I own several pairs of Nudie Jeans - Thin Finn, Lean Dead, Gritty Jackson etc.

I can’t fault them. Superbly constructed, comfortable, stylish and all from an ethical company.

I own about 20 pairs of jeans from different brands including Iron Heart so I feel I can speak from experience.

I’ve not had any blow outs probably because I size to fit correctly rather than a skin tight fight.

Love this brand and will always buy from them.

Kundenservice versucht einen zur Reparatur im Shop zu bewegen, wobei die Naht zwischen den Beinen nach nicht mal 6 Monaten aufgeht. Ganz klarer Fall von Gewährleistung die innerhalb der EU im Übrigen für 2 Jahre und im ersten mit Beweislastumkehr gilt... klar kann so etwas mal passieren aber dann muss man die Hose halt austauschen. Also Nudie kommt ins handeln sonst gibts Post

Ich war begeister von dem System, dass man die Hose reparieren lassen kann. Das war mir wert mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen als sonst für eine Hose.

Nach 1,5 Jahren waren Löcher drin ohne große und die löst sich an manchen Stellen auf.
Ich wollte sie einschicken lassen, weil ich mir gedacht hab ja kann man reparieren lassen.
Dann musste ich laut Nude Jeans Kontakt feststellt, dass man bei den Läden vorbeigehen muss, was in einem Zeitalter der Digitalisierung einfach gar nicht geht. Wenn man nicht in München oder Berlin oder Hamburg lebt in Deutschland jetzt. Macht es einfach kein Sinn ich bin von der Qualität enttäuscht.

I was recommended Nudie Jeans by a work colleague a while ago and recently got around to trying them (well a year ago now). So glad I did. I now own several pairs of jeans and quite a few tees too. Yes they are expensive but the quality is outstanding and they will absolutely not rub through on the crotch in a few months like my other jeans from other brands did. The tees have staying power too with no colour fade and no holes forming. Oldest tees are around a year old, as with the jeans. Still no holes. Get what you pay for I guess. If the jeans do go in the crotch (eventually inevitable) Nudie repair for free, forever. Amazing. Love the company philosophy and the organic materials used. My new one stop shop for my clothes. Thanks Nudie and keep up the good work. If you are on the fence just try. You won’t regret it.

Ordered some jeans (they're fairly pricey) in under 2 months the seam in the crotch has gone. And the 'free repairs' involves a 6-hour round trip. Avoid this company it's a rip off with some fake guarantee's to mask the poor quality of their product.

Nice jeans but they seriously mis-sell the free repairs promise. After buying three pairs of jeans on the promise of free repairs, I've since found out that the service is for walk in customers only, and unless you live in London, UK customers are left unable to access the repair feature that is advertised heavily on the tags when you buy the jeans. I was happy to pay more for what seemed like a sustainable way to maintain jeans but really, it's a disappointing con. Im sorry to say that i would not trust this brand again.

I’ve owned two pairs of jeans for three years already, have followed their guidelines, and the jeans are top notch quality. Bought them both in LA.

Bought a pair of jeans recently and am very happy with the quality - slight problem with a belt loop which had come away from its stitching was handled amazingly well by customer support who I cannot fault for their speedy and effective communication.

I really like and want to like Nudie Jeans. However. I have 5 pairs of jeans, all of which have holes.

It's great that Nudie offer free repairs, but you can drop in one pair at a time, and it takes 6-8 weeks to get them back. At any one time for the past 3 years I have had 4 unwearable pairs of jeans at home (large holes), one at the repair shop. About a week after getting them back from repair, the holes are back.

I really like the cut and look of Nudie Jeans but I have £700 worth of unwearable denim and ongoing errands to remember to drop/pick them up for repair.

I ordered some underwear from Nudie a while back which all arrived with the seams damaged

Poor quality. 2 pairs, both stitching is all over the place and very fragile, comes undone very easily. Not worth the premium price you pay.

I am a petite woman of 5’2 and their Western denim jacket fits me perfectly! Such good quality in the fabric and shape. I’m in love!

I was given a £100 gift card as a present a few months ago, unfortunately I managed to lose it...

I emailed customer support about the situation with a photo of the receipt and they replied 3 days later with my recovered code.

I had already bought a pair of jeans in store a week before but when I went back and explained they refunded me and allowed me to re-buy them with the gift card. Also I asked for the jeans to be hemmed and they turned it round by the end of the day, really happy with the service.

Paid £50 each for two pairs of Nudie Jeans in TK Maxx, far more than I would normally pay for jeans but I was suckered in with the "Free repairs forever" promise. Both pairs wore out in the crotch in less than 12 months, easily the worst jeans I have ever purchased. But no worries right, free repairs? Problem is they only have repair shops in London and Birmingham and you cannot send them by post, you have to visit for both drop off and collection, on different days.

Ik heb hier jeans besteld, die volgens de size chart zouden moeten passen, maar ze waren veel te klein. Bij retourneren betaal je én de originele verzendkosten én een return fee van €12. Dit betekent dat je dus €25 armer bent voor het passen van een paar jeans. Teleurstellend.

I purchased two Gritty Jackson pants from them, and within less than 6 months of regular use without washing, they were torn. They don't offer a warranty, and their solution is free repairs, which doesn't compensate for the damage as you end up with patched pants that eventually become unusable.

Ich habe mein 1. Paar Nudie Jeans in einem Laden gekauft (Clean Eileen, schwarz) für 160,-€.
Ich hatte sie extra im Laden zusammen mit einer Freundin ausgesucht, da ich mir sicher sein wollte, keine Jeans zu kaufen, die so la la sitzt und keinen Bock auf eine Billighose hatte, die sich schnell abträgt. Im Laden sah sie toll an mir aus, saß PERFEKT und ich habe mich gefreut, meine neue Lieblingsjeans gefunden zu haben. Ich dachte für den Preis hast du eine solide Investition getätigt und für ein paar Jahre eine hochwertige Jeans, sogar aus 100 % Baumwolle.

Nach der ersten Wäsche bei 30 Grad (statt wie erlaubt 40), hat sie sich in ein anderes, weniger passendes und deutlich weniger wertiges Kleidungsstück verwandelt.

1.) Die Hose ist mind. 5 cm kürzer - Länge war vorher genau richtig, jetzt zu kurz.
2.) Die Hose beult massiv an den Knien nach nur 30 Min. Arbeitsweg und kurzem Sitzen in der S-Bahn aus. Sie sieht total billig aus, abgetragen und schrabbelig. Nichts mehr mit eleganter Sitz und hochwertiger Eindruck durch Passform und Stoffqualität.
3.) Sie ist weiter an den Beinen und schlabbert auch da rum. Nach dem Auswaschen der Chemie, die vorher für Form gesorgt hat, hängt die Hose in den Seilen und sieht aus wie von irgendeinem Billiganbieter.

Fazit:
Im Laden anprobiert und für 160,- € gekauft habe ich eine genau passende, hochwertig aussehende Jeans. Nach der ersten Wäsche stellt sich raus, dass ich eine schlecht sitzende, schlumpige, zu kurze Hose erworben habe - für schlappe 160,- €.
Für den Preis erwarte ich etwas anderes. Selbst Billiganbieter liefern da bessere Qualität für 60,- €.

Returned them the next day due to the front desk staff forgetting to remove security scanner. On 1/25/2024 at 1215pm I was not greeted with open arms Kal the staff remained seated behind desk in back which I thought is very unprofessional when a At store 116 Bedford ave Brooklyn 11249 Firstly the jeans I really wanted was on the sale rack which ended up not being on sale because it was mistakenly placed there, so I settle for a less ideal pants.
Returned them the next day. On 1/25/2024 at 1215pm I was not greeted with open arms Kal the staff remained seated behind desk in back which I thought is very unprofessional when a customer walks in. Kal was so much of a rude weirdo, I was distracted by the way I was being treated as if he was upset with his day, I wasn’t able to focus on getting the pair of pants I actually wanted.
First he tried to tell me I can’t have a refund even though I have a receipt and a security scanner on the jeans and presented my id and credit card haha, then corrected himself after having to repeat himself. I traded in the pair I initially had purchased the day before unfortunately and walked away with the pants I actually wanted. But then after feeling ripped off and treated very poorly, on the same day of trade I decided to return and get a full refund. As a new costumer I’m highly disappointed in his service. I convinced another costumer not to purchase at the same time who I didn’t know but had felt the same feeling I did. So sad. I don’t feel good about nudie anymore.

I do not understand why Nudie Jeans get so many bad reviews. I think they are made of excellent denim, much softer than other brands and also no so heavy. Then they have a good selection of cuts, and colors. Modern and fresh. I also liked their shop and service here in Munich, Germany. I personally was very glad to discover this brand even if I have to pay Eur 180 for some of their jeans.
