Nudie Jeans Recensioni 

You can order 2 pairs of the same jeans in the same size and they can end up a completely different size after a wash. Nudie says they don't return jeans that have been worn or without tags even though EU law says items wrongly advertised must be returned at no cost of the customer. I have contacted ACM via ConsuWijzer.

Update: I have submitted a small-claims proceeding to the Court of Den Haag.

I ordered the Breezy Britt jeans nearly a year ago, and they are truly fantastic. Immediately out of the box, I could tell that these were higher quality than any other jeans that I had in my closet (where I frequently have the issue of getting holes within the first year or so). I’m very confident that these will last for a long time, as the company promises.

Admittedly I’m not sure why the company gets such bad reviews on here, but I’ve never had to go to their customer service, nor am I based in the UK/Ireland (where it seems a majority of the bad reviews are coming from).

Worst customer service ever. Received my package open and a missing pair of jeans even the UPS photo proof of delivery showed it. But nudie jeans won’t do anything but telling me they shipped all the items. Lost $250.
Be careful and never order from them it’s way complicated. They have 2.5 stars

Poor quality thin fabric denim, which started getting holes after 5,6 months and shrunk 7% on cold hand wash. They do excellent marketing and big claims but in reality the jeans are way overpriced for the quality.

Ich bin ein absoluter Nudie Jeans Fan und so dankbar auf diese tolle Marke gestoßen zu sein. Ich liebe die Philosophie die sie vertreten und man hat ein gutes Gefühl ihre Kleidung zu tragen. Ich trage meine Nudie Jeans jeden Tag und hatte noch kein einziges Problem, dass etwas kaputt gegangen ist.
Auch dem Kundenservice muss ich ein riesen Lob aussprechen. Super freundlich und sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen.

Ich persönlich kann diese Brand einfach nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Köpte ett par jeans via nudies hemsida. Returnerade dessa då de var för små. Beställde i samma veva ett nytt par i större storlek vilka passade fint. Nu vägrar dock nudie att återbetala tillbakaskickade jeans då de menar att de mottagit ett par hm-jeans istället. Summa summarum har jag då fått betala dubbelt för ett par jeans. 1600 kr x 2 = 3400 kr Gäller order 3013007.

Efter att jag köpte ett par jeans 2004, kom jag tillbaka 2022 och har nu 4-5 par. Finns inga andra jeans som passar mig som Nudie. Bästa jeansen jag provat och då har jag använt det mesta från svenska, tyska, amerikanska, italienska jeans. Nudie kan jeans och har ett bra klassiskt snitt.

Excellent Jeans but all the advertising about “Jeans for Life” & numerous claims of free repairs for life does NOT apply in Ireland. We have purchased 8 pairs of Jeans in our home (@ circa €160 a pair !!) certainly influenced by this supposed Eco boast. UNTRUE - on communication with Nudie they confirmed they do NOT have ANY service in Ireland

Ich habe mich wegen der Nachhaltigkeit dazu verführen lassen mir dort eine Hose zu kaufen. Mit meinen vorherigen H&M Hosen bin ich immer ungefähr ein Jahr gut gefahren, bevor sie erneuert werden mussten. Deswegen wollte ich in ein Modell investieren, welches länger hält und zusätzlich Nachhaltigkeit verkörpert und vielleicht weniger zur Fast-Fashion Branche gehört. Nun besitze ich die Hose seit 6 Monaten.. Der Bereich um das Gesäß ist total abgetragen, die Farbe ist weg und es sieht weiß aus. Sowas habe ich noch nicht mal bei meinen H&M Hosen erlebt. Und es ist bereits ein Loch in der Hosentasche. Auf der Seite steht zwar, dass man die Hose reparieren kann. Dazu muss ich aber nach Berlin fahren. Ich weiß auch nicht, wie sie die Verfärbung des Stoffs regeln wollen. Aber ich denke ich werde trotzdem dort mal vorbeigehen und schauen wie der Service ist. Ich bin mit Levis immer deutlich besser gefahren und denke, dass ich sparen werde, um auf Levis umzusteigen! Keine Empfehlung von mir!! Leider zu viel Geld verschwendet..

Ich mag das Konzept von Nudie Jeans, aber leider hat sich die Jeans, die ich dort gekauft habe, nach wenigen Stunden Tragen stark geweitet (Modell Mellow Mae). Sitzt jetzt leider gar nicht mehr so toll wie im Laden. Das finde ich sehr ärgerlich. Bei einer Jeans für 160 € darf das nicht passieren. Wird daher für mich die erste und letzte Hose von Nudie Jeans sein – schade!

Schlechteste Jeans, die ich je gekauft habe. Und kostet so viel Geld. Fand sie zu Beginn toll und wollte sie behalten weil sie Nachhaltigkeit verspricht aber nach einer Stunde tragen wurde die Hose weiter und weiter und sah aus wie ein Sack. Ich habe sie zurück geschickt und sie wurde nicht angenommen, weil sie angeblich getragen wurde. Und so können sie die Jeans nicht weiter verkaufen … es ist aber nicht meine Schuld wenn nudie ein schlechtes Produkt produziert und ich zwar die Schilder abgemacht habe, um sie zu tragen sie aber absolut nicht den Erwartungen (meiner Größe) entspricht weil sie wie ein Gummi ausleiert. Nichtmal die günstigste Jeans macht das. Das Geld habe ich nie wieder bekommen, nur sehr unfreundliche Mails , dass ich nicht mal einen Grund genannt hätte. Also im Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern wo ich Jeans einfach grundlos innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückschicken kann, für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Nie wieder kaufe ich dort!

Jag är inte nöjd med den senaste beställningen. Leveransen var så sen.

Total inconsistency in size. Bought 3 pairs of 32x32 Gritty Jackson over the past few months and the inseam between two of the pairs has a difference of ~10cm. The waist of the other two pairs has a difference of 15cm.

There won't be a next time

I recently brought a t-shirt in red with a white logo. Washed once following the instructions and the top colour bled and turned the logo white. Contacted customer service for an exchange to be told I can only have a refund because the same thing would happen again. Bemused…..the reason it’s a vintage collection it’s meant to fade over time, maybe so, fading is not the same as colour bleeding and is a sign of cheap dye or ineffective dying methods! Gave up in the end and kept it. Rubbish customer service, made up gimicks and no understanding of how their products are made. Shame loved their jeans won’t be shopping there again.
