Good communication during the booking phase. Arrived at time planned and carried out the work and boiler service efficiently.

Happy to answer any of my questions and left the house clean and tidy.

Happy to recommend NuAge for all plumbing related works. So far they have carried out repair work, bathroom installation, boiler replacement snd now servicing for us. All to the highest standard.

Had leaking pipes in an awkward place behind the boiler. Mac did a thorough job with the initial leak detection and was excellent at explaining what he was doing etc. The decorator who did the restoration work was also thorough, really happy with the work. Only very minor drawback was that you weren’t sent set timing beforehand. Would 100% recommend!

Had a leak over the bank holiday weekend, and Sara who I spoke to was fantastic and organised a call out quickly.
Will came out, and found the problem quickly and sorted it for us. Was fantastic even with 2 kids running around. Highly recommend the service from the team.

Boiler service, booked well in advance, arrived within allocated time slot, courteous engineer who, left to get on with the job, did so within a realistic timescale, leaving the job clean and tidy. Used this firm before and will again in the future.

Had my new Bosch boiler fitted 2022, had a very good experience with the team that fitted it, had the boiler serviced yearly in 23 and 24, April comes and the boiler starts losing pressure, rung Nu Age Tuesday and the fitter came the next day Wednesday, Excellent customer response, Well done

On time to the minute. Engineer was very friendly and proffessional throughout. Only a small job. However, the engineer fully explained how the job would be completed. After a short time the work was completed. The engineer showed me what work he had carried out. Very happy with the service provided by Nu Age and would fuly recommend them.

New boiler. Overall a good experience: quoting for job was fine and email quote was returned same day, then answered all my questions. Price was one of lower ones and promised early availability. I thought the 50% deposit to book the job was cheeky but figured they newish firm and cash flow is always important so I paid. Disappointed that I then had to chase them to get the job booked in (bearing in mind I had no heating or hot water). Fitters were good professional and cleaned up after themselves, however they had to return a second day to remove old water tank and I had been assured it was a one day job. Water tank removed Good Friday and I received email for balance of cost the same day (again a bit keen on the money front - shame not so keen on booking the job in and completing the work).
I’m old and grumpy and being picky; just explaining why not 5 stars.
Overall, as said above, a good experience and happy to recommend them: in fact invited them to quote for new bathroom. :)

The apointment was quick, price was clear, no hidden extras. Job was done in less than 30 min, prior to it was said that it will take approx. 1hr.
The contractor was polite. All in all, a good experience. Would recommend them!

They arrived as agreed and performed all the work as agreed. We actually had our work split over two appointments, both guys were friendly and polite and did a good job; no slacking or "padding" for time to the next billable hour, they just got on with it.
We've had a total of 3 jobs completed by Nu Age so far and the service has been great on all 3. Would definitely recommend.
