NSW CPAP Recensioni

Marie was easy to talk to and helpful in chosing which machine would best suit my needs

We were given excellent service by David at Dee Why. All is going well with our new CPAP machines. Much appreciated. Marg and Denis Fogarty

Thank you for the quick delivery, this is the second resmed full automatic, very happy with the first one so I got the same, very happy with this brand and the quick delivery so thank you.

Service, price, and delivery.

Reliable service to those who need CPAP equipment and spare parts. Great to have outlet in Canberra, though range of things very limited.

Great service, excellent relations, shop well presented

I purchased online and was able to do with confidence as the site gave me enough details of the mask I needed. The mask was dispatched in good time and there were no delays or issues. Communication via email was appropriate and informative. I was able to track everything. The product itself is fine. I would prefer that the tube was a little firmer and a stronger, better quality material as my older one. Overall, happy with everything.

No wait time . friendly staff

Great experience

NSW CPAP are always helpful, responsive and products arrive promptly

Wonderful helpful staff. Niki was amazing. The machine has worked extremely well from the start. I am now not ‘bone’ tired. I feel like rushing around and doing everything. I didn’t realise how tired I was all the time until I started therapy. Amazing.

My problems were dealt with very promptly and my parcel arrived in a few days.

I will tell in 12 months time,

My experience with NSW CPAP was nothing short of excellent. I used them from a recommendation of my doctor for a sleep study. I completed it at home, got the results back from a sleep specialist and called for advice. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone who really listened to me and recommended I make an appointment with a close location. I went the same day and dealt with Kareena. She was professional, caring and took her time to explain the machine recommended, helped me with my mask fitting and answered all of the questions I had which really eased my anxiety and concerns over a complex condition. Really great experience, highly recommended!

Great service, efficient, honest, friendly. Great knowledge of products.

I have ordered many parts for my machine over the years and have never been disappointed with company in any way. Always communicate well, delivery is extremely prompt and items always arrive in perfectly new condition.

David was very helpful and understood the issues that I discussed and provided sensible suggestions.

Was a bit worried about it at first, getting damaged en route etc, not being what is was supposed to be …but it arrived in perfect condition, thank you.

Went to get it set up the same as my old one yesterday, had a great nights sleep. Thank you.
