Professional and extraordinarily helpful
NSUK did not charge me extra fee even though the inspection required an additional visit to the property on a separate day. NSUK's staff kept me informed of the situation promptly and went to extra length to resolve the problem, which was not due to any fault of NSUK's. The outcome report answered all my questions. The whole process has been efficient and professional.

Overall great service
Overall great service - we had a couple of minor issues with the booking and invoicing, but they were quickly and easily sorted out and we received our report the next day.

Helpful and speedy!
NSUK responded quickly and were really helpful in making sure we got our domestic asbestos survey as soon as possible. They also helped us work through our next steps. Will definitely use them again if we need to!

The service was great from start to finish. It was quickly booked in. The surveyor Matthew was very efficient and professional. The results came back within the agreed time frame. We definitely recommend for a smooth, easy experience.
