Monitoring the account is also straight forward via the App or online.

Out of date
I find the online experience quite painful. There's no mobile app to manage my account, so browser it is. On mobile I have to use Chrome because Firefox doesn't seem to let me log in. On desktop it's a little better, but there's no kind of persistent login like has been in use for a decade or two, so pressing the back button logs you out to start the whole rigmarole again. It all feels very dated.

I am questioning the process of this.
The first week I invested with this, and it was the smallest investment possible.
I won a reasonable amount. Yet after regular investment and well over a year later….nothing. That seems strange to me.
I think a savings account would give a better yield.

Too little luck
Too little luck, return. Too easy to get so much better returns elsewhere. Tax free is not the main advantage, when still not paying tax on normal accounts.

Slow to respond to queries or concerns. The online system is poor underpinned by a ridiculous paper based system that can take weeks to complete. It takes more effort to change your password than donate a kidney. 19th Century system trying to operate in the digital age

Website is shockingly bad
Website is shockingly bad. Tried to open a Bond account. Wasted an hour or so. Website kicked me out repeatedly. I therefore phoned them and call was answered after 20 mins.
