The people who carried out the work had no respect for me or my home. I have never felt so uncomfortable having tradesmen in my home. Work not carried out to regulations or manufacturer's instructions. Did not carry out work to proper standard at all. Caused infestation of rats and sewage smell in my property. Had to spend a lot of money on another plumber and pest control to fix all the problems they had caused. Upon speaking to other plumbers they were horrified at the work done at my property. If you use this company on a government grant beware you will end up paying a fortune to fix the mess they created, not to mention the stress, upset and cost of trying to put it all right again. It is not fair to treat people in this way.

Both the Insulation team and the Boiler team did a professional job. The whole experience was well conducted from the survey done by Jay to the job being conducted a week later by Sukhvir and his team. Hi I would like to thank all concerned who installed my new boiler ,it was a very fast turnaround from start to finish,with no mess and no problems whatsoever,I would highly recommend these guys ,thank you all once again

my wife hurt her back six months ago so we are on universal credits. was dubious about applying for loft insulation and boiler.
Left a message with my number and they phoned back the next day. Had a survey done two days later. The following week the boiler and loft were done on the same day. Boiler men turned up at 10 o’clock and loft men turned up at 12 o’clock both were hard working.
Didn’t get much communication from the office but overall very pleased.

I saw the advertisement but didn't believe it: free combi boiler, awesome 👍. + New loft insulation, vents, kitchen extractor, TRVs... All awesome.
The only reason for the 4*star is that they refused to put a TRV on the living room radiator, although there is a bypass in the family bathroom. Something I could not comprehend.

I’d like to say total waist of time , came had my survey said everything was fine and in place , never heard back even after emails
So not a very good company in my view

I can't praise these guys enough..I was having new loft insulation and a new boiler..four people turned up two to do the boiler and two for the loft insulation..they arrived when they said they would and worked continuously throughout the day..they were very polite and friendly and cleared up any mess before they left..the boiler and insulation was part of the Government free boiler scheme and in addition to this while they were here they also fitted an extractor fan in the bathroom and trickle vents on the windows.. I was sceptical at first about the scheme and thought that maybe it was a scam but these guys have restored my faith in people. I would also like to mention Jay the surveyor who came to my home before the installation..he was helpful and very informative to what would happen throughout the process and kept me informed all the way through. Thank you you all deserve a 5 star rating

Stay away ! Terrible workmanship terrible customer service ! They still owe my vulnerable mother in law over £200 which they promised they would pay after they left her home leaking and she had pay another plumber .
You know very well the customers name is Milner . You’re right ! I doubt I am on the wrong platform . Just going to verify myself as I can see you are doing anything and everything to have my reviews removed

Overall the new gas boiler was installed with a few problems experienced along the way and was finally completed to the gas safe standards.all issues and problems were resolved fully. Staff helpful

They fitted a new boiler and have caused so many issues. They have broken my radiators, caused a leak from my cold water tank,removed a waste pipe from outside so water no longer goes down the drain, left a mess everywhere, new boiler has a small leak on one of the pipes. They cut holes in cupboards and work tops but never advised they were doing so. They also gave me a 30 second demonstration of how the new system works, I had to go online for correct instructions. It seemed like the job was bigger than they thought so they tried to cram it all into 1 day and ended up rushing and cutting corners. They said they would send someone yesterday to sort it out but no-one arrived.

This is for who is ever. lucky enough to engage this company.to carry out work for them

My experience. filled out enquiry form.then received a phone call from an extremely pleasant young lady who was fully conversant with the industry who explained everything and then followed up with an email request requiring the necessary information. Next an appointment was made and an extremely nice gentleman arrived and introduced himself as the surveyor. He carried out his survey plus selection of photographs. Few days later. and then had a phone call to advise confirmation and installation schedule plus a number of calls from a gentleman called Asan. Checking out everything.on the day three gentleman arrived about 10am carrying a large box introduced themselves as the installation team and asked the location and immediately started work. extremely professional finished installing around 730pm then requested me to check everything then gave me all instructions. All the old equipment was removed and areas cleaned.
I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING NRS ECO LTD AND ALL THERE PERSONEL TO ANYONE .YOU TRULY DESERVE ALL THE SUCCESS YOU DESERVE. THANK-YOU FOR Everything.

Very pleased with the new boiler having put up with a very old back boiler and water tank system. The engineers were very hard working and spent two long days fitting the new system and boiler replacement. Very friendly professional team lovely to deal with.NRS eco have been great from assessment stage through to the completed job. I’m very grateful.

This company excelled my expectations from start to finish. I was in a crisis situation with no heating or hot water due to a very dated and broken boiler. They responded fast, brought my application forward and fitted me in when someone cancelled. They all worked so hard, travelled miles to get to my home and set to work straight away. I now have a new boiler and two new radiators, a heated home and hot water within days of communication. Exceptional in every respect! This was also completely free under the government grant scheme. I am beyond pleased and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of a replacement boiler or eco warm home initiative. Excellent five star service!!!

5 guys arrived from NRS ECO, I had my old boiler replaced, the tank was taken out, loft insulation done, an extractor fan fitted in the bathroom, all the old pipes and water tank from the loft removed, now my water comes in directly instead of being routed around the house, I used to boil a kettle to wash the dishes as you wasted so much water waiting for the hot, not any more!! Great team work, thank you.

From Start to finish it was great. The inspection right through to the boiler being installed. It was all done in a couple of weeks.. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a new boiler.
