NP Works Ltd  Recensioni

I had an issue with my toilet flush and came across Nil’s details on Facebook. He was prompt and helpful and suggested potential solutions to help me, without any personal gain! If these work, then great, otherwise I am really pleased with his service so far, so will definitely call him for any of my plumbing needs.

Sorted out our Google nest installation perfectly!

I asked advice about a boiler in a new property which I did not know how to set it up.
Mr Nilesh, was really helpful ,and profesional, leading me step by step, through the boiler's settings ,and every thing needed to be done so both the under floor heating and the radiators to work properly

I was introduced to NP plumbers by a friend and I must say the job was done well and very reasonable in price.

I would recommend NP and was told that he has started taking on decorating jobs as well.

Nilesh was really helpful in suggesting a fix for problematic tap causing rattling pipes whenever system was used. Came and replaced the tap in good time. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

NP works have been superb.
I spoke to Neil with very little understanding of what work needed to be carried with put toilet. We needed a fast turn around as we are a event space in Shoreditch. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to come out to resolve this situation within a few hours. The diagnostics were carried out via pictures and verbally. 5* service

Very friendly, knowledgable and quick to find a resolution to my boiler issue. Will use again!

We had 7 radiators replaced in our new flat. Nil was a fantastic support from the outset, super responsive and offered guidance and advice for the purchase of new radiators. During the work Nil and his team were efficient, checked for alignment on the final look, problem solved and completed the work on time and in budget. If you are looking for a plumbing team who will go the extra mile, respect your property and offer excellent service, you’ll find it with Nil and his team. Thank you guys for the excellent work and ongoing support!

Professional, diligent and determined to get a positive solution.
NP Works was the fourth (4th) set of workmen to come round for my blocked drain. They were the last! I suggest to anyone reading this that they should be the first you call issues within their competence.
Highly recommended!

Neil was great, replaced our leaking tap effectively. Would recommend!

We’ve had Nil come out to do a couple of pieces of work for us over the past few months. Great customer experience, good knowledge and well priced. Would recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nil regarding a kitchen tap, that needed changing. I was impressed how quick and efficient Nil is. He turned up with the right tools and tap replacement! Managed to do the job on the day I’ve requested it! Definitely recommend his services and will book him again in the future!
