Helpful, informative and no pushy sales pitch thank you!

What a good experience, the company who fitted my solar panels had gone bump, trying to get them fixed through the warranty was none existent, made a phone call to these guys and within a couple of days they came out and fixed the problem at a competitive price, the fitter went through everything I needed to know about and was polite and cheerful, would well recommend these guys

An excellant service with no hard sell. fully professional & great product installed ie solar edge which has lived up to what is stated. NPES were clear & transparent about their service, products available & time scale under current Covid restriction. During installation you hardly knew that the work men were there plus they left no mess.

I decided to go with NPES Solar panels for my solar panels project because I was very impressed by the technical knowledge displayed in the quotation document. Being a retired engineer, it was very important to me that any company I employed should understand the technology involved and also understand my requirements.
NPES's price was also a third cheaper than a well-known national company's.
I wasn't disappointed, NPES did an excellent job, working hard during the hottest few days of the summer with friendly, good humour the whole time.
It was a pleasure to have them in the house. I would recommend NPES to anyone.

It is a rare day that you Google solar panel meters [because ours had suddenly stopped working and no-one in Sheffield would help us] and you come across a company as wonderful as NPES SOLAR.
Not a huge company, you speak directly with Gary or Jon [the owners] - or one of their dedicated team.
Gary understood my problem from the moment I started to explain, asked for photographs and on receipt, told me straight away that the more expensive item was working well and didn't need replacing.
He asked me how quickly I would need it fixing and he arranged to do it within 48 hours. Matt, the engineer, was courteous, thoughtful, professional and super careful re Covid precautions as I am a 'shielder'. He worked methodically, explained everything clearly. He was very thorough, checking everything twice before he left.
I was a bit confused about the Certificate that needed to be registered and the team continued to help with this until it was all sorted.
I could not recommend them more highly. Ethical, professional and kind - a rare gem of a business.
Based in Wolverhampton area but still came to us in Yorkshire.
I feel so fortunate to have found them amongst some of the others out there [and I spoke to a few that were none of the above!]

Well done NPES for installing a new FIT meter, Matt did a great job. He stayed around to make sure that it was working properly and even spoke to EON to register it for us. He came all the way from Wolverhampton to Luton after getting stuck in traffic on the M6 then apologised for being 10 minutes late, not bad! Initial call to office was very helpful and so would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Recently had a 2kW pv solar system installed at my property by NPES Solar. Cannot recommend the company enough for their level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism. On installation day disturbance was kept to a minimum and was quicker and more hassle free than I had expected! Overall a good, honest company who know their stuff and keep the sales patter to a minimum (the fitters come out to do the property assessment, not a sales guy). Honestly cannot recommend them enough.

We contacted NPES Solar to help us out after the original installation company let us down after a fault developed on our 10 year old system.
NPES replaced our inverter within 1 week of calling them and it could have been sooner if I had been available.
They have been extremely professional with regular updates off Mick in the office and a very courteous and thorough installation by Matthew and Josh.

Best company I have dealt with in a long time. Quotation for new solar inverter in less than a day. Work scheduled 2 days later and employees were thorough, polite and gave tuition on how to monitor new unit with phone app.

Overal excellent service given

Work to replace faulty inverter.
Work carried out next day. Arrived on time, worked quickly and tidily. Even took the trouble to come back next working day to find mislaid WiFi card.

Can't thank these guys enough. After discovering a problem with my inverter I looked on Google for a company local to me. Contacted Npes solar who gave me a few options from different makes. After going for a Solax inverter they arrived a few days later and fitted the new inverter, then connected it to the internet for me to monitor, which is something I did not have before.

If you need anything Solar I can't recommend these guys enough. A true 5 star service.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from NPES Solar. From my very first enquiry to the installation of my replacement inverter just a week later Mick, their sales director, kept me informed throughout the whole process, spending time and effort to source exactly the right item to suit both my needs and pocket. On the installation day the two tecnicians were both efficient and polite. It's the little things you notice, isn't it? The fact that they called me "Sir" and not "Mate"... Well done guys!
