Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I was able to review your account and found that we received a dispute inquiry from your bank regarding the payment on 8/6/2026.

Following the dispute inquiry, the subscription was canceled while the matter is pending investigation. We understand how frustrating it can be when a policy is no longer active, and we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
