Systems not working ?
Hi , I had to change my method of payment to renew. I was on auto pay renewal . The process had taken multiple on line attempts , calls, call backs . Online systems does not enable a customer access to add the new card ,remove another card on file ?
A seamlessly 2 min transaction was a inconvience time waster ?
Going fwd do I not sign up for auto renewal . Kindly ,this is not a criticism only feedback . Thank you

I took a look at our system, and at this time, the user portal appears to be functioning as expected. However, if you continue to experience any issues, please don't hesitate to report them so our team can investigate and address them.
Regarding auto-renewal, our goal is to help ensure continuous coverage and avoid any unintended lapse in coverage. We also send email notifications in advance of the renewal to help make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Because your policy is written on a claims-made form, maintaining continuous coverage can be particularly important. Auto-renewal is also agreed to during the initial purchase of the policy. If you choose not to renew, action is required from the insured to opt out of the renewal process, even if that simply means responding to our renewal reminders and requesting that the renewal be stopped.
If there's anything we could have done differently to improve your renewal or user portal experience, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and work toward a more positive experience.
