The watch doesn't work. The bluetooth is defect. And no answer of seller.

J’ai commandé 2 montres pour offrir en cadeaux de Noël. Malheureusement et à ce jour, une seule m’a été livrée !!! Depuis je n’ai aucune information que la date de livraison de la 2ème montre. De plus je n’arri Pas à joindre votre service client. Merci de me préciser la date de livraison de ma 2ème montre.

Instructions to adjust watch hands a little confusing BUT follow EXACTLY and works great!!

Bien, jolie montre malgré quelques points négatifs, il serait bien que l’analyse du sommeil soit disponible sur l’appli santé sur ios et qu’on puisse observer la batterie depuis la liste des appareils connectés en Bluetooth (l’onglet gauche sur ios)

Straight forward function in an unencumbered, stylish design. Also very comfortable to wear, thin & light.

Le bouton d'activation de ma montre ne fonctionne pas. Quand j'arrive à me connecter, j'ai n'arrive plus a me reconnecter.

Montre commandée sur la boutique de nowa et reçue rapidement. Très belles finitions et bracelet confortable. La mise en route n'est pas évidente mais le design est superbe. Alors pas de regrets.

Watch is good but the hands should have been more aligned to the numerals.

Delivery was very fast and the watch looks great. I am still struggling with 2 details (the call notification and the offline connection to G-Fit) - I will try again and open a ticket if it does not work with my S10.

While the watch keeps good time, that’s about all it does well. I can mow all day and it will record 1500 steps; I can be in bed asleep for eight hours and it will record five hours with no awake time; the hands do not light up to show the time in a dark room; the band will not keep the watch from sliding around on my wrist. Not worth the money.

No service! No updates (iOS) No deal.

The watch looks nice (I have the elegant Dessus Chics model). I bought it simply to make time zone changes easier when I'm travelling. I didn't really want any more of the smart features, so it didn't bother me personally when the app completely failed to record activity, such as number of steps, on previous days. I didn't want to have notifications when I receive phone calls, etc., so it didn't bother me personally that if you want this you have to keep the Bluetooth on constantly, and this runs the battery down substantially. But if you *do* want to use those features, be warned!

I would be writing a nice review if the watch had simply delivered what I wanted - seamless and reliable updating of time when travelling across time zones - but it didn't. Unless connected by Bluetooth to my phone at precisely the moment that the phone picked up the time change (and not always even then), the watch doesn't change. And then you have to manually update the time in a procedure much more messy than for a regular watch. (Be warned that the only way you can change the time on the watch is by using the app!)

When I complained to Nowa, they first ignored me. When I wrote a second time, threatening to take action (such as writing a bad review), they did reply, but their reply completely failed to answer my complaints. So I wrote again, and have been ignored again.

I don't write bad reviews lightly. If Nowa had provided decent customer service and dealt with my complaints, then I would have been satisfied. But I cannot accept poor goods *and* poor service.

My advice is, if you are thinking of buying a Nowa watch - DON'T.

I have bought many of their diesel brand watches. If your a watch enthusiast, this is a good place to visit, I highly recommend it

Nowa's watch has got a very nice design ; you can wear it with casual clothes as well as business one.
The connected system is well done and you can easily look at your activity (sport) and the quality of your night.
Definitely satisfied about it.
