Really Dissapointed in the Quality Drop
I have had my resume stored and made in NovoResume for quite a few years now. Unfortunately all the AI and subscription models have made it impossible for me to amend and redownload my resume as I have done several times in the past, so I will no longer be using this service as $21/month is not something I can afford as. new grad looking for a job.

I’ve tried several resume builders
I’ve tried several resume builders, and Novorésumé is by far the best. It’s very easy to use, the resumes look great, and they’re easy to read. It’s also one of the few platforms that is ATS-compatible. The customer support is outstanding. They respond quickly and are very helpful in resolving any issues.

Our Basic free plan lets you build and download a resume without paying in the first 7 days. The free download is a single-page PDF with one of our basic templates and a small Novoresume footer.
Premium is what unlocks the extras: additional templates, multi-page resumes, advanced formatting, the option to remove the footer, and matching cover letters. That is the paid part, and the price is shown clearly before any checkout.
If something specific blocked your free download, please reach out to support@novoresume.com and we will sort it out.

I had an attempted charge to my credit card for 39.99 from this company and I called and asked him about it and they said that it wasn’t them, but it plainly said novoresume and the issue never got resolved

You purchased Premium on March 17 2026 and we refunded the full $39.99 the next day at your request. Everything is documented in our chat and email exchange, and we are happy to resend it.
Two things worth knowing: Novoresume does not have phone support, so all our support runs through email and chat (we are not sure who you have called and talked with?). We also do not store card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, we have no subscriptions or recurring charges, and we have no way to attempt a new charge on your card.
If a new attempt is showing up on your card, it is worth checking with your bank. It usually means someone else has your card information, and canceling the card is the safest step.
