The team at Nova Manchester are fabulous..always welcoming, always offer a coffee, always helpful and carry everything to the car for me. I order from WhatsApp and apart from DPD being a terrible courier for me, my orders are always actioned and sent out promptly. Nova always seem to have what I'm looking for when buying and have a great range and a good price point

It is always a fantastic experience…
It is always a fantastic experience visiting Nova. I am a small business that visits the Manchester Show Room most weeks and order via WhatsApp often. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they carry the stock to the car for me every week. The staff are always friendly and kind. The range of stock is brilliant and always great quality. Thank you for always looking after me.

FRUSTRATED BUYER ........When I call or ask a question to the…
When I call or ask a question to the wholesale showroom in Manchester I always feel they are rude and dont want to help .
The last time I went to the show room 1 off the men said to his college Sadie and tapped their invoice book like they had a problem they made me feel very uneasy.
When ever I ask a general question on an item they have put on their WhatsApp they always say look on line ....I look on line its out off stock hence why I wish to buy it from the show room its like they do not want my custom.
Also becouse im not a big retailer I own 2 boutique shops so I spend possible £600 plus a time i feel that they are more interested in the big chain off shops that may spend £3'000 .
I don't get this with any other wholesaler.
I love your items but everytime I message the show room I dread it.
I CAN NOT HIVE AN ACTUAL DATE ...AS ITS SEEMS TO BE EVERYTIME FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS
