I would not even score this company one star, the item took so long to come as it come from China even though the company is called House of Nova London, the material is the most cheapest material I’ve ever seen looks nothing like the picture and then it’s took me 2 weeks to get the address to return for a refund and I have to post back to China , the customer service is appalling I have to ask over 10 times for a return address and policy they kept offering me a discount or a credit note ignoring my request, I would never recommend this company to anyone cheap tacky clothing and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered 2 beautiful quilted bags. Received cheap printed bags. Definitely a scam.
I won't be buying from any company advertising on Facebook again.

Ordered what I thought was a quilted bag with a sheep design. Bag has arrived and is a very cheap nylon bag not at all resembling the bag advertised, it is obviously a scam so beware people do not use this site at all they are cheap and nasty products.

Entirely agree with review from Maori McCuish, this site is a complete scam, probably based in far east, product is not as advertised, buyer definitely beware.Thank you.

Update: I'm referring to : "Nova-London" which is a scam site, NOT " Nova of London" which I know nothing about, happy now, so if you don't like people's reviews, full your finger out and do something about these scam sites.

I ordered a bag, described as 'handmade', with a 'quilted design'. Image showed a bag that looked appliqued and quilted. The bag that arrived had a printed design onto a nylon fabric - the quilting stitches were also printed. There were no pockets (as listed in the product description). There is no way this bag was ever for sale at the original price - the ad showed a discounted price (to sucker people in, I expect).

I’d give 0 if I could! Placed my order, chased delivery, delivery took too long. Ordered a jacket for my Dad for Christmas thinking there was enough time to get it before I got back from holiday but wasn’t the case. Nova London makes you think a UK establishment.. think again! I received the jacket size L which was a joke, it wasn’t even M. Like other reviews pointed out, this firm insists you send back to China and therefore it’s not free refunds as you have to pay customs etc. warning… do not waste your money!!!! In the end they refunded 20% if I didn’t want to pay for returns. I’m out of pocket and left with a Jacket that doesn’t fit… useless!
