I picked up a few items during a sale and expected maybe one thing to work out. Surprisingly, I liked almost everything. One top fit slightly looser than I expected, but not enough to bother me. The order felt worth the money and the whole process was easier than I anticipated.
I ordered a sweater for casual wear and it turned out to be exactly the kind of piece I reach for on busy mornings. It's simple, comfortable, and doesn't require much effort to style. Sometimes those are the best purchases because they just fit naturally into your routine.

I wasn't really shopping for anything specific when I placed my order. I just saw a few pieces I liked and decided to give it a shot. Everything arrived in good condition and looked pretty much how I imagined from the photos. No complaints from me.
The customer support team was actually helpful when i had a question about sizing. I expected a generic response but got a proper answer that made ordering much easier. Small thing but it left a good impression.
Ordered in good faith that the company was based in the UK, items took almost one month to arrive from China. All items were of a horrible quality and nothing like the photographs on website. They tried fobbing me off on returning but eventually gave me the details for how to return to their China warehouse. After 6 weeks my return is being posted back by the Royal Mail as they would not accept the parcel at the warehouse - return cost me £27. Disgusting they are allowed to trade.
Poor quality clothes. Took long time to arrive despite delivery date being estimated way before actual date it arrived. Returns to be posted to China.
