Fantastic product
Fantastic product-has helped my long standing IBS enormously. I use full fat sweetened soya milk and get a lovely result.
Customer service is excellent.

Kefir grains easy to use
I'm enjoying my Nourish kefir! I've experimented and found that Jersey milk gives a great kefir with the right thickness to have as a drink or to eat with fruit or muesli. I put my kefir to ferment in the airing cupboard - the house isn't quite warm enough to leave it out.
I've found the Nourish kefir grains really easy to use and I even enjoy setting a timer and stirring them for 10 minutes! It's rather therapeutic!

The airing cupboard is a great place to let the kefir ferment, and we agree the 10 minutes of stirring is a great way to relax the mind and body, and be present in what you are doing / making! Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I ordered too late for Xmas, but they managed to squeeze me in! I’ve tried various brands of kefir on my family and this has been their favourite. We’ll be ordering on a regular basis. Thanks for the Xmas card :)
