It tastes so smooth and just lovely,This is so easy to make and cost effective, I make 4 out each sachet. I will definitely be buying again.

Excellent product, easy to follow instructions and very tasty kefir.
After making this a few times now, I have adapted the method to make it a little quicker and easier.
I blended kefir grains and small amount out of the 1L of milk into a thick paste in a measuring jug and then poured it into a clean “2pint”sized milk carton, 1.136L(one with a handle)
Using the same measuring jug to measure the remaining milk and rinse any grains out the jug I poured the milk into the carton gradually, shaking it gently with the lid on rather than standing to stir it. This meant I managed to walk around the kitchen and do other things at the same time! I then put it in the airing cupboard with the lid loosened slightly. After 24hrs it was thickened. I re labelled the carton and it was ready to store and pour straight from a carton!

We buy the starter kit because, once made, it’s fabulous with blueberries for breakfast. Very soothing and my gut definitely benefits from it..

Totally delicious kefir - with the knowledge that it’s not mass produced so you know it’s full of goodness too ! I had to change my delivery date -which was easily sorted for me - really lovely customer service too !

I discovered kefir roughly 15 years ago by accident and I started making my own at home once I hit my sixties I no longer had the passion or patience to continue making it myself, so I went on line and started serching for natural organic home made kefir and out of the blue nourish popped up along with a few other providers, I did a little digging on line doing some background
research and came to the conclusion that nourish was
offering the best product so I went ahead and placed
my order, and I can categorically say with my hands on
my heart that it's the best kefir I've ever tasted in all the
years I've be drinking kefir, I would without a shadow
of a doubt recommend nourish kefir to every and
anyone, if you are trying kefir for the first time then I suggest you try nourish because it's thick creamy
slightly efavesant (it's not to thick it's just right ) infact
it taste like melted ice cream, bloody awesome .

The kefir arrived promptly and the first batch that I have made was excellent.

I have been looking for genuine kefir product for some time. My sister has a severe learning disability and suffers from IBS giving her alot of challenging behaviours. I have tried slot if different solutions but not much helped. I have tried the kefir drink from nourish now for nearly three weeks and have seen a positive change in her. I have tried it myself and can definitely say that it really helps with general health, fatigue,bowel issues and bloating. I would definitely recommend this product. I found the company really friendly, professional and helpful. It's definitely money worth spending.
