I chose the twice day delivery for five days. They are very reliable and efficient. I love their healthy food so much.

Been a customer for 24 weeks now… absolutely love it. People complaining about receiving meals when paused and cancelled… the systems very easy to use you just have to cancel by the deadline and pause for the deadline. I don’t Know what’s so hard to understand? The food is fantastic, beats KBK, lions prep, Tastily… all of which I tried but none were as good as Nourish!

The meals are mostly good - some are not so appealing but after a short while you come come find what you like. The green and red curries with rice are great as is the ragu. Most of the red meat dishes are visually unappealing and bland. The problem comes if/when you ever need to cancel an order. Was recently overseas and realised I would not be home for the Sunday delivery. 4 days in advance I sent them an email to ask if they could cancel the delivery, and and I am happy to even still pay for it as the meals have already been scheduled, but I will not be in and don't want a box of fresh rotting on my doorstep for days attracting vermin and notifying people that I'm clearly away. I received no response and yesterday got the email to say the box had been delivered regardless. I am now having to send a friend over to dispose of the box, a horrendous waste that needn't have happened, as I did contact the company several days in advance. This is the second time something of this nature has happened where previously they insisted on shipping the Parcel to my old address despite me notifying them I was moving house and someone else was now loving there. Customer service is completely non existent. Had I not kept my eyes on my emails this food would have sat there rotting for another week.

I order twice a week. Regular customer - more than 50 orders. Great value.
