I must say that I had the greatest experience ever purchasing the socrates pants of nothings something. First of all I really like the poduct, but further more the communication with customer service couldn`t be better. The order showed status delivered but somehow I couldn´t find th package. Customer service was allways quick responding and of great help. At the end they managed to send out another order and apoligized for the inconvinience without me really asking for it. Outstanding pants! I want to wear them every day, all the time. The fabric supple and comfortable. Keeps it shape and colour, also after many washings. Model is timeless; with three models you're always good. Combines with everything, casual and more formal. My ideal pants!

you never go wrong with this products
not only the products, but they also have the best customer service. I made more than 6 or 7 purchases from them, and I think I returned 4,5 times to find the best size and fit without any difficulties.
For products, Now I have 3 wide pants and 2 slim pants form them. they are little thick but silky and super stretchy. you can wear them for any physical activities, while remaining casual

These trousers have been some of the best I have ever gotten. It is usually tough for me to find some trousers that fits me properly but with the option to chose the size and length of the trousers was it possible for them to fit me perfectly.

Delivery and pricing not good unfortunately
Had to pay almost 7 euros on shipping cost and the package was not even delivered at home but had to be picked-up somewhere I had to go with car.
The pants fitting was not as expected and now I want to return and have to pay for shipping expenses again.
Quality, pricing and delivery is just not what you wish for as customer.

Most customer will qualify for free shipping but if you want for shipping and it was delivered to a pick up point, means Service point was selected and not Home delivery, sorry if this was not your intention.

Poor, poor quality
A while ago I've ordered the pants. They're stylish and comfortable. But, after washing these twice (according to washing label of course) it turns out the quality of the fabric is very poor. It's so poor that I feel like I have been washing these pants fifty times on 90 degrees. The pockets already turned inside out.
This brand will not last unless they go pro and not cheap.

This is not normal, and shouldn't be happening. However, we can guarantee that we don't use any cheap fabric and have throughly tested the fabric we used and they go under extensive quality controls and inspections.

I was expecting big things from this company as the reviews were good, but I still haven’t received the trousers ordered. First of all I was told the paperwork was incorrect for export and then dates for uk delivery have been pushed back four times. Try and find similar trousers in the shops because you will never see these through ordering from the website.

Customer and environment first
Ordered a pair of pants. Arrived shortly after. Unfortunately there was a hole in one of the pockets. I began the process of returning the item, but was asked to repair and keep them or donate them. While of course being offered another pair or my payment returned.
More clothing companies should follow this instead of throwing everything out. Cheers to Tim at NS.

Usually I only write these when im pissed off, but this jogging- wide pants product is actually overwhelming. Relatively fast delivery, good quality pants and nice to know someone is looking out for the 6.6 ft (200 cm) people with their "tall" option, which for once is more than a couple of centimeters!
