I recently purchased a pair of used pants from this company, priced at 30 euros. While the pants themselves were nice and as described, the entire buying experience was so frustrating that I felt compelled to write this review—something I have never done before.
The final cost ended up being over 75 euros due to unexpected fees. At checkout, an additional 20 euros was added for shipping, and I was later charged 17 euros in import fees upon delivery. None of these charges were made clear at the time of purchase.
When I contacted customer service, I found their response dismissive and condescending. They stated that “nobody else has had this issue” and suggested I should have “read up on shipping policies” rather than addressing the actual lack of transparency on their website.
If you're purchasing from outside the UK, be prepared for significant hidden costs that are not clearly disclosed upfront. While the product itself was fine, the customer service and lack of communication made the entire experience frustrating enough that I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This is the first review I’ve ever written, and I feel it’s important to warn others about what to expect.
